Location was convenient, right off the highway, much better hotels in the area, not sure why the other ones did not come up in the search. Overall it was ok, staff could be a little friendlier, they were not rude but did not give a welcome feeling either. They offer breakfast in the mornings but it is not laid out, everyone is touching the bread, they don’t offer tongs or anything to get it, eggs were too runny/watery, overall food was not appealing.

It was not the hotel i thought it was. When we got to our room we didnt have any towels. There wasnt even a coffe pot, nor coffee to make. Our room faced what look like a 18 wheeler dump site. Very noisy.

Yo hablé desde el primer día para hacer un check out a la 1:00 pm, todo estaba bien hasta que la persona de front desk sacó del cuarto a mi esposa por que no le habían notificado en ese último día, Ms Kayla fue poco profesional, falta de respeto y educación de la manera que actuó y hasta racista de cierta manera, el resto del personal fue de calidad y me dijeron que habían notificado para el “ late check out”, Personas como ella deberían estar en otro lugar trabajando como en mantenimiento de casas o dollar tree! Gracias!

Kayla, no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas y que se sintió maltratado/a y desrespetado/a durante su estadía.Nos tomamos muy en serio este tipo de situaciones y queremos que sepa que hemos investigado el incidente y estamos tomando medidas para abordar cualquier comportamiento inaceptable por parte de nuestro personal. Nos disculpamos sinceramente por cualquier falta de profesionalismo o cortesía que haya experimentado y le aseguramos que este no es el estándar de servicio que nos esforzamos por mantener en nuestro hotel.Apreciamos sinceramente sus comentarios y nos gustaría tener la oportunidad de rectificar esta experiencia.
