“Good value for money”

Stayed here to be close to Lake Charles' casinos. Good location, good price, decent room complete with refrigerator and microwave. Would stay here again.

“Wonderful place for the money”

After reading positive user reviews, I tried the La Quinta and was impressed. Great, friendly staff, nice pool, clean, comfortable room...all in all, a nice three day stay while visiting family. I'm still a big fan of individual room (not hallway) entrances-much more private. You can't beat this place for the money, cozy and comfy and kid friendly for my grandson.

“Overnight Stay”

This hotel was nice for a simple overnight stay. We were visiting relatives nearby and did not want to burden them. The beds were very comfortable and the contintental breakfast had a wide and diverse menu. All in all this hotel fit the bill for our weekend needs.

“Nice hotel for the price”

The hotel was clean, service good, and breakfast included. A great deal for the price. The only complaint - a towel was hanging on the hook behind the door - not sure if it was used or not but definitely out of place versus where the other clean towels were located.

Easy to get to = friendly staff Outdoor pool looked inviting but had no time to use it.

“Nice, But ...”

The room was comfortable and looked relatively clean ... until we waked on the carpet in white socks !! Carpet definitely needs both a thorough vacuuming and shampooing. Only staying 2 nights we accepted not to have our sheets changed (being eco-friendly I guess) but when we returned that last evening we found that the trash baskets had not been emptied from the previous night (late arrival pizza boxes). Overall, the property is old but well maintained. We highly recommend the breakfast.

There is nothing that stands out about this hotel good or bad.

“TEAM LA Meeting”

A drawback is that check-in time is not until 3:00. The room was clean, but the pillow cases on one bed had NOT been changed. As for the bathroom, it was clean, but the toilet ran the whole time, and the shower dripped the whole time.

Seems to have been updated. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
