Excellent stay in Annecy
Great experience at this hotel. Location is excellent, right off Perriere Bridge. Parking garage is off site but a short walk to the hotel. It is a public parking garage but the hotel offers a big discount on your overnight stay. There was a line to enter the parking garage but line moves quite fast so don’t be discouraged and wait for your turn. Check in and check out processes were easy. The hotel lobby is quite small but our room was very big (we were a family of 4), comfortable, well decorated, new and clean. Bathroom was very good, as well. Room was quiet at night and early morning. No problems at all with noise coking from the street. We highly recommend this hotel.

great location. only thing we didn't love was that the windows opened up to a dark corner with woodbeams and looked very scary. but we kept the windows shut and locked, overall stay was good. great location!!!!!

Great location
Excellent location in the heart of Annecy. Room was quieter than expected. A little mean charging 3€ for a bottle of water in the room fridge.

We loved this hotel! Situated in the absolute heart of old Town Annecy, this hotel was beautiful, spotless, in the most perfect location, and it is run with the professionalism and attention to detail that many hotels seem to have lost. It is located right at the spot where everyone comes to get the postcard shots in Annecy. All of restaurants and shops are right outside your door and the lake, bike rentals, sport shops, and the best Alps ice cream is right there. Yet step inside from the bustle of your pedestrian street and your room is quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family! The breakfast is a beautiful and comprehensive spread with great coffee. The staff made recommendations for our trip that we would have missed ( The Gorge and Castle were a must see and we would have missed it.) Book with complete confidence!!! This was an amazing establishment!

Amazing view in room 202 of the canal and the staff was extremely helpful with understanding where to park(& how to pay). Parking is not on site so pack light however it is worth the $$ with the views and ability to pop in & out of room easily. We opened our balcony doors/windows and let the breeze blow in- just lovely!!!

For me this is a 5-star review, people need to keep in mind when you pay for a hotel at the location it is. Yes, the hotel is fairly small but the location and cost it's totally worth it. I am planning to come back again in a few months. The place can be noisy if you keep your windows open at night be aware.

In the most concise way possible, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOTEL. It’s not the most luxurious, but I’ve not felt as comfortable in a hotel as I have done in this one. It’s very small but there is nothing I can fault this hotel for. A great stay!!!

Incredible location in the center of it all! Get the upgraded room for extra space because it was worth it! You will have to make a short walk with your suitcase but it’s no big deal.

This was a very nice location for the hotel and my room had a fantastic view. However the internet was not reliable and I had specified ahead of time that I was planning to work from the hotel room. I was not able to do video calls on the internet which was very disappointing and inconvenient. Otherwise I had an enjoyable stay and the hotel staff were friendly and everything was clean. An option to recycle eligible items and improve the wifi would be important improvements for the future.

Clean comfortable hotel in the heart of Annecy
Lovely one night stop in the heart of old Annecy. Parked in Hotel de Ville car park (the hotel gives you a discount ticket which you use when you leave the car park) and we walked three minutes to the hotel. Staff were very friendly, check in was easy, premier room with views over the water was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and bars by the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was a very good continental breakfast, served as buffet. You can leave you luggage at reception on the day you check out. Staff we met were lovely. Highly recommended hotel.

Very cool & helpful staff. Great location. A little hard to find as entrance is off a side street. Very secure. Very modern & clean. They have a parking deal if you park in their offered locations. Beautiful views. Very clean, comfprtable. I would stay again for sure.

terrible !!! never felt like that about a hotel.
we were not told in advance that there is no elevator to all rooms !!! we received rooms on the 5th floor when the elevator can go only to the 4th floor !! we are 70 years old and had to carry our luggage by ourselves on the stairs !! no one helped us even we offered to pay for it. there is no possibility to get close to the Hotel with the car to unload our luggage... we had to carry it from parking far away while was raining!! there is no chance we will stay or recommend that place!!!

Location is maybe too far into town. Parking issue
The 19 stairs to the 5th floor. (The lift didn’t go there)and super tight room compounded by a very hard and basic mattress made for a not so restful night.

I didn't like the decoration style of the room. When we booked the room, months in advance, the style of the room was entirely different than when we arrived. They were in process of painting the hallways when we arrived. It would have been nice to be notified of the redecoration process.
