“great hotel”

the hotel was really nice. the room was clean and the beds slept good. i was only there for a few hours cause i went to the nkotbsb concert at the cajun dome. the bath room door got stuck when i was in there. i was able to get out. thanks so much.

“Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable”

This is not an upscale place, so the price was most reasonable. Everything was clean, and the service was fine. A simple breakfast was also available.

“Fullfilled my needs and then some”

I never expect a hotel to be anything other than a place to sleep when I'm not going crazy doing the tourist thing. Thismplace did a great job of filling the bill. The rooms were clean. secure and functional. it was a grand experience. My next trip for the Festival Internationale de Louisiane will find me again making reservations at this hotel! You want the Hilton, stay at the Hilton. You want a pleasant, clean, fairly well located room, then this is the place!

“Affordable room”

The hotel room was small but perfect if you're not there to be cooped up in a room for your trip. The room they initially put me in had burn marks in the comforter so they put me in another room immediatly which I thought to be wonderful considering I wouldn't have minded them just giving me another comforter. It was easy to get to where we were going from the hotel and even though I had a map they gave me more informed directions. The staff was wonderful and I would definatly stay again.

Reasonable rates, friendly, helpful staff, and clean. Nothing fancy. Next to Blue Dog cafe and convenient to downtown. We go to Lafayette once a month and having always enjoyed this hotel. If you just need a basic place for the night, this is it.

“Awesome for the price”

My son and I were in town for a two day sporting event and arrived at the Travelodge around 11:30 AM. The clerk said there would be no problem checking in early and we were able to get in the pool for a little while before our afternoon game. There was free WiFi and a free continental breakfast. The hotel was a little dated but was well worth the price. I will stay here again the next time I have to stay overnight in Lafayette.
