New Hotel and very clean.

“Stay here - NOT Days Inn!”

Very pleased with this hotel. The room was clean even though they forgot to put toilet paper in the room and didnt replenish the towels everyday. Quiet, bed was comfortable and linens clean. Would certainly stay here again!

“Could Stand Some Improving, BUT Not Bad Overall...”

I had no problem with the personnel at La Quinta Inn in Crowley, LA The staff was very courteous and willing to help me with everything. Cleanliness was on par (i.e. bathroom was very clean with nothing left to remind you of the last occupants.) The climate control worked perfectly with nothing to remind you that it was running. The bathroom did appear to have been recently painted, but the job was not quite finished. There were roller marks on the ceiling where someone had painted. I'd say another ten minutes or so with the brush and the job would be finished. The curtains which block the outside light in the window are starting to show a bit of wear such as a couple of pinholes, but are not yet in need of replacement. They're acceptable! I'm guessing that the room's phone rings at 6:40 am to remind the guests that the continental breakfast is ready. Is there a way to opt out of the phone going off at this time? The only other critique that I have is the hotel chain's policy of being "pet friendly". Frankly I wasn't too thrilled to listen to someone's barking dog early in the morning, but figured I was determined to not let this ruin my sleep. I just rolled and slumbered a bit more until about 7:30 am. Overall though...it was a satisfying experience and I would recommend this particular hotel to anyone passing through the area.

“Room not clean”

Found trash in trash can, the bed sheets were not fresh. They were wrinkled and you could tell they were in a hurry when they fixed the bed that they forgot to put the sheet on one of the beds. Restroom was not swept.
