“Very pleased!”
I have stayed at this hotel several times and am always very pleased with everything. The hotel is very safe, very clean, and very comfortable, especially for the great rate I get when I book through Expedia. The hotel staff is very warm, friendly, and welcoming. I will stay here again and again and highly recommend it.

“Still Feels Better Than Home”
We have stayed at this location more than 20 times. As always, we received superb guest service and all the amenities that we prefer to have for a reasonable rate. Ms. Valerie at the front desk, as always, was a super star at this location. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you do not need anything and that she can help you with anything that you might think to need help with. The rest of the staff is helpful as well and always smiling and gracious. The bartender and waitress that waited on us during our trips to Bistro du Cayenne and the bar were attentive and courteous. I ordered a new dish and fell in love - the Louisiana Chicken dish suggested by my server was yummy and very generous portion-wise. It was well worth the cost. We had a great time in the arcade and using the pool area with the sauna which is my personal favorite at this location. We used to say that this was our home away from home but now we have declared it Better Than Home.

This was a nice surprise. Much cleaner and nicer than other similarly priced hotels. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

“My Home Away From Home”
We stay here a lot. We visit the Lafayette area about every two to three weeks, sometimes more, and have stayed at several of the different hotels/motels on the Evangeline strip and in other parts of town. Some how we always come back to the Holiday Inn. There is so much to do and the staff in both the restaurant and the hotel REMEMBER us each and every time. They remember the peculiarities or special preferences that we have. They respond to questions, inquiries, or complaints very fast and with efficiency. They have some great services and facilities but they are also willing to help you find anything else that you might want to do or see as well.

This Holiday Inn was a very nice surprise and I truly enjoyed my stay here. The property itself is beautiful. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained. I loved walking outside and seeing trees and plants everywhere instead of concrete and asphalt. This would be a great family vacation spot...The staff was very warm and friendly even though I booked through a third party. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.
“Awesome experience! Rest and Play...Love the indoor pool!”
I took my 2 teenage daughters and 2 of their teen friends for a birthday celebration. It was awesome. The girls really enjoyed the pool and workout room. I enjoyed knowing they were in a safe, clean and somewhat luxurious environment. We had an interior room on the second floor. There's no elevator, so, for anyone not wanting to climb a few stairs, ask for a ground floor room. We even enjoyed the stairs. There were a lot of groups at the hotel during our stay, but the hotel was big enough that I didn't feel crowded. The beds were comfy. The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows. I would definately recommend this hotel.We didn't use the restaraunt, but it looked and smelled wonderful. The breakfast buffet looked wonderful!
