They were remodeling rooms and everyone had to stay on the second floor. They said second floor rooms were already remodeled. NOT! Shower was broke, husband had to fix toilet, ice machine was broke, no cups, and refrigerator made noise all night. For breakfast your choice was Fruit Loops and mini muffins with coffee or orange juice.

NICE LOCATION, BUT BELOW STANDARD HOTEL
THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY. YOU COULD HEAR PEOPLE WALKING ALL NIGHT UPSTAIRS AND IN THE HALL. THE HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING HOWEVER THEY DID A TEMP FIX AND THE WATER DRIPPED ALL NIGHT. THE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKSFAST WAS ONLY COLD MUFFINS AND CERERAL NO FRUIT OR TEA

The room was nice and clean. The only downfall was the people over us made a lot of noise all night long kept us up.

Not a good place to stay with family. The receptionist was more asleep than awake. The halls smelled like cigarette. We found a spider in our bed. The room smelled like fresh paint. There were roaches in the restroom. TV didn’t work. Finally bit not least! Bed sheets were stained including the pillowcases and pillows. It was gross. Don't recommend staying here! I sire will not.

The room that was given was dirty and the door was open prior to me swiping the key fab. I reached out to front desk and she immediately rectified the situation and gave me another room that was cleaner, but still had stained bedding and could have been vacuumed.

The room we stayed in was terrible. The pillows need to be changed or thrown away. When you take the pillow cases off, the pillows were dirty and stained. There was a very musty or old smell in the room when you turned the heat/air on. Carpets need to be changed or cleaned. Hallway section by the stairs had old refridgerators stacked and stashed open for the public to see. We could smell the weed someone was smoking a couple of rooms down as well as a few rooms down from where we were at, had their door open the whole night. The only thing I could say that is positive about this place is that the bathroom we had, looked new and refurbished which did not match the room at all. We needed a place to get a couple of hours of sleep and most of the hotels in the area were sold out, so we didn't have a choice or we would have high tailed it out of there. The staff was real nice but the hotel was a real dump. My wife complained when we checked out and she's usually the one that never complains. I would not recommend this place. For$100 for the night, it was a total rip off!!!

They have no hot water or the water temp turned down so low that it's not even body temperature warm they said we have a new water tank so that means it's turned down that low on purpose. They use to have one working ice machine now they have none. The ac heat units filters have holes in them so the units have sucked in so much dust they can't move air. They don't not leave extra tp just the used roll on the spoil. They also charge you a $2 convenience fee on top of your already paid bill.

The pull out couch that my granddaughter was to sleep on was filthy. When we pulled it out there was food crumbs everywhere and the mattress cover hadn’t been changed in a long time. I had to take it off and wipe everything down. It was disgusting. I told the clerk up front when we were checking out about it. I said that the housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. All I got was an apology and he wrote my complaint down.

Room was dirty. Blood on one wall, other walls stained and dirty. Popcorn ceiling coming down. Sheetrock tapes coming down. Smoke detector was partly on the wall and partly not connected on top of microwave. Tub was dirty. Shower rod about to fall off. Towel rack about to fall off wall. Toilet paper holder not attached and entire assembly came out of wall. No kleenex, location for some but was empty. Smell was horrid. No ice machine on second floor. Baically, a $25 room for $70. Do not recommend.
