“brand new”
beautiful new hotel - looks far from baylor/waco,but it was only a 5 minute drive.

Hotel is very new and is quite clean and comfortable. Have stayed there twice and will stay again.
“GREAT HOTEL!!”
great experience...would recommend this hotel to anyone. I do not travel to Waco very often and had to attend a funeral this summer and was not in great mind when booking rooms therefore I had to add another room last minute and the front desk was so kind to help me out and not only get me another room but make it conjoining for me. When we arrived my service was the same service I received over the phone...excellent. No problems what so ever. Even though we did not stay for a joyful occasion the staff made our stay so pleasant.

“"Suite" was not sweet !”
Late in booking room for graduation, i could only get a very pricey "king suite". It was very disappointing. Entering the "suite" I was in an empty room, with a couch and chair on one side, and a wall-mounted TV and sink/microwave/refrigerator cabinet on the other...not even a coffee table...just a big empty space. I felt like I had been taken advantage of.
“New hotel but watch the street entrance”
I would stay here again; it was a combo business/personal trip with granddaughter visiting Baylor while I had meetings with university. The frontage road is under construction so it was very difficult to get to the road the hotel was on; this entrance road was not clearly marked and had extraordinary potholes not obvious to the driver until it was too late as one had to concentrate on actually visually identifying the road and the turn. Very unfriendly -- the hotel is hurt by this entry road mess. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and beautiful, the room was comfortable and all was in working order. The housekeeping staff did not speak English or read English so they took extra sheets away that we had specifically asked for the first night; they were quickly replaced. The food was ok.
“One of Waco's Best Hotel”
Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within driving distance to restaurants, markets etc. It's very quiet and laid back.
“Overall a good hotel”
Nice hotel, room as expected for this class of hotel--very, very comfortable room and beds. Eat elsewhere--quality of food and restaurant service was poor. Serious problem with billing for this hotel--while we paid Expedia in advance and had our receipts in-hand, hotel has charged us separately as well--still attempting to clear this issue. If we could clear the financial arrangements, we would stay here again. Close proximity to Baylor University.
