We ran into severe traffic on the way to our stay. The staff was super accommodating and allowed us to check in very late. They were super friendly and very understanding.

Check in was excellent, the lady at the ck in counter was very professional and courteous. Room clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast. Very convenient location.

Clean place to stay
Nice place to stay clean rooms. Bed was comfy, Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay for a hotel breakfast. Would recommend staying here. Close to shopping.

Great hotel but NO hot tub.
Pros: location efficiency and friendliness of staff breakfast- fruit/yogurt/waggles/eggs/cereal/oatmeal and a lot more! free parking Clean - comfy bed gym has peloton! Has indoor pool Cons: - gym is small- weights only go to 50lbs -pool is on cooler side - 2 degrees warmer would make huge difference -BIGGEST CON= No HOT TUB. We were extremely disappointed as we had read about the hot tub in online description and seen pics- we went to the pool area and see zero hot tub. It was tiled over and had patio furniture on top.
Hot tub no longer exists. Patio furniture and tules over where it was.

The 2 women breakfast attendants were great - so personable and attentive. The facility was very clean. Disappointed that the hot tub was filled in despite it being shown in pictures.

Very nice stay, huge room and great staff! Breakfast was your average “free” breakfast, frozen eggs and sausage, but you could make your own waffles. Beds are comfy. The room is beginning to show its age, but overall a very nice stay.

Very pleased. The staff was very friendly, room was comfortable; breakfast was good with staff right there cleaning up and replenishing coffee. Easy access to Lake Winnipesaukee and Meredith (which has excellent restaurants) We would definitely return

It was a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. However, several outlets did not work (they did not hold plugs tightly and were therefore useless). Neither plug on the nightstand worked which was inconvenient.
