Property was great. Clean, convient, excellent breakfast. What was bad was expedia didnt tell you it was a $30 charge for a pet friendly room. And tgen upon check in the staff tried to hide the fee from me. When i confronted her about the extra fee she became very rude and said it wasnt their fault it was expedias and nithing they could do about it. I believe if i hadnt found the fee they never would have told me just charged it anyway. Im okay with a pet fee, just dont hide ut from me!

Staff was on top of it. The wonderful woman at the counter had to have had children. She even went to lengths of making fresh cookies to make my daughter feel at home. We travel a lot. It's a hard time some days for my children, however every staff person I encountered at this property already knew the anxiety and tried to help with accommodating my situation. I can't say enough about the staff here. They were so gracious and kind. I appreciate being able to meet all of you. Great job HR! Beautiful property. We felt safe, secure and had plenty of resources around us. Keep it up!
