“Good experience for the most part”

We took a chance on going to this hotel having never been there before. Overall our experience was a positive one. We are English speaking and the staff did a nice job of accommodating us, unlike the eye rolling you may experience elsewhere in Quebec. The only down side was the restaurant was expensive and in our opinion not that great. After we got in from snowmobiling at night we would change and leave to go out to dinner. The hotel location for snowmobiling is excellent and if we go back to the Lac St Jean area again this place will probably be our choice. I made the mistake of leaving a pair of shoes in my room. I called them after we got home, they said they would look and call me back...never heard from them again. PS There is a restaurant down the street called 'Greco'. Absolutely awesome food!!

CHATEAU N EST PAS A LA HAUTEUR DU TITRE LES ETOILES NE SONT PAS JUSTIFIEES LA PISCINE EST UN BASSIN QUI SE TROUVE DANS L ENTREE LES CHAMBRES SONT TRES MOYENNES DEFRAICHIES LA SALLE DE BAIN MOYENNE PERSONNEL TRES MOYENNEMENT AIMABLE HOTEL EST SUR LA ROUTE DU ZOO ST FELICIEN ET DE LA RESERVE INDIENNE
