“Responsive Hotel staff”
Excellent location and good facilities. Particularly liked the upgrade.

The hotel was brilliant, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly if they had tried. A wonderful stay that I would recommend to anyone
“World Class Hotel!”
We were only there from about 9pm to 5am as we had a late flight getting there and an early flight home in the morning. But, it is beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We ordered room service when we got in for a light meal. Quinoa soup and shrimp cocktail... The soup was delicious and the shrimp cocktail was the best I have ever eaten. We had an early start in the morning but the wake up call was on time and the cab we arranged to the airport was there waiting - they did everything we needed them to do. Very impressive from what we could see!

“Very good hotel in La Paz”
Very good hotel. Excellent restaurant and breakfast facilities. Very nice and helpful staff, especially after arriving in bad shape due to altitude and a long bus trip. The hotel also has the best location of the major hotels in La Paz. Central but still rather quiet. I can definitively recommend it to anyone going to La Paz.
“Expected More”
Overall clean and relatively comfortable rooms. Improvement required on the following 3 points: - room too warm, can't adjust temperature - lack of staff for early morning checkout - room service forgetful or inexistant
“Very good hotel”
It is considered one of the best and well-known hotels in La Paz. Despite not being new, it is comfortable for a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Since I got a good rate through this site (50% off), I reckon it a very good value for money. The breakfast is very nice with a good variety of foods (such as 3 kinds of juices, cheeses, hams, lots of types of bread, cakes, some hot meals). The room is big and roomy. Good location, if you take into account that the cabs are very very cheap! So you are able to go wherever you want paying not much money.
“Good accommodations at a reasonable price”
Fine for short stays. Had some difficulty with speed of wifi Internet connection in room.
“Not an Airport hotel”
The Hotel was very clean and the staff were professional. Although I would not be advertising this as an Airport hotel!!! It is in the middle of town along with many other hotels that are cheaper and just as good.
“Will look elsewhere next time”
You will find a mixture of good and not so good at this hotel. Rooms okay with good lighting and nice TV, but beds not great, bathroom needed remodeling. No air-conditioning in the rooms, the fan blows warm air only. Room was stuffy and too hot, even though it was not hot outside. The windows open, but the street noise was too loud for sleeping. Despite contrary information on some websites, the airport shuttle service was not free, and arrived about 30 minutes late to pick us up. By the way, the pool area is completely closed on Mondays for "cleaning". The front desk check-in was very slow. We arrived around 10:00am so did not expect rooms to be ready. We were pleasantly surprised when we were told 10 minutes. But the 10 minutes took an hour. If the desk had been honest, we would have left luggage at the hotel and gone out to look around instead of sitting and waiting... Not the worst hotel we have stayed, but would try elsewhere if we are ever back in Bolivia.
