“Very Nice”
We had a wonderful nights stay at Los Arcos. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well taken care of. It's location made it an easy walk to the shopping district and a nice stroll along the melacon.

“Can't wait to Return!”
The Los Arcos Cabanas are an island of traquility on the busy malecon. The cabana room was spotless and the pool was the cleanest and warmest I have ever enjoyed. The staff was super, very willing to talk about La Paz when we had questions. Be certain to book cabana 5 or 7. They are away from the street. We will be returning to La Paz and woudln't stay anyplace else. A really great place to stay in a wonderful destination

“Very peaceful place”
I want to thank all those at Hotel Los Arcos. The staff was very friendly and considerate during my visit with my girlfriend and her family. The beauty of La Paz and the friendliness of the towns people made my visit very pleasant. I hope to visit La Paz again soon and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Straight of Cortez again.

“Los Arcos was just what we wanted”
Views of the Sea of Cortez and the white sand right across the street . The rooms aren't fancy - but are clean (all beds are hard in Mexico). Mini refrig restocked daily. Good water pressure. If you want water view, pay the extra $ otherwise you'll be looking at the swimming pool. Warning: Saturday night is loud on that side - mainly cars and radios - it is the big night out for locals - rest of the time it was fine. Cabanas are half block up the street w/separate swimming pool. The harbor is huge - 40 sailboats anchored and room for many more. sunsets are magnificent. A long, wide, tiled, walking area by the sea attracts everyone early in the morning and evening. Families walk together, fishermen & joggers share the walk & piers. skateboard park to watch local kids practice. Hotel staff was very nice & helpful - exchange money at the desk. Swimming pool is small, clean, has whirlpool connected to pool, and wide shallow area around the edge for small kids . Food served at pool. Two restaurants - one fancy and pricey - (great crab stuffed shrimp). The other a tray line of food offerings. From airport -red cabs are cheaper - $200 peso Taxis always right outside the hotel door. Los Arcos is on one end of the shopping, restaurant-bank area. Banks won't advance money on a credit card - they expect you to use the ATM - so don't forget your PIN. Many - but not all - businesses take bank cards from American banks.
“Los Arcos Cabanas”
We found the rooms quite comfortable, clean, and pleasant, the service very good. There was also a swimming pool (outdoors) beside the cabanas and a tree filled garden. The scenery in this area is spectacular and well worth the trip. There is also a local museum and pleasant walking in the town.

Location, amenities and relaxing atmosphere were the best compared to other hotels in La Paz. We checked several hotels in the area.
“Nice Place, skip the bay view”
The hotel was very nice, excellent service from all the staff I encountered. The beds were a bit hard, but that is pretty normal in Mexico. The food was way overpriced, but it is an easy walk to hundreds of restaraunts. We chose a bay view room, and regretted it. It is right on the street and the road traffic was very loud. On the weekends, the road is backed up late into the evening with loud car stereos. The hotel has small cabanas, in a very nice garden area, I recommend one of them.
