“Best deal in LaGrande”

We usually do not stay here, buta all the reviews of La Grande were bad. What a surprise we had. Our room was very clean and the bed most comfortable. Carpet was quite old and needs replacing, but hallways were new and they probably were going to do the rooms next. No big frills but the price was very good and the desk clerk excellent. Expedia goofed and we did not have a handicaped room reserved. The clerk was able to set us up even though Expedia will not permmit changes. Breakfast was basic. Pool was very nice and I enjoyed a morning swim . Call the horel directly for reservations. Same price and things will not get mixed up.

“Very comfortable at a reasonable price”

The Super 8 was very comfortable and the price was respectible. The indoor pool was a little on the cool side but I wasn't complaining. I reserved the room as a 1 Queen size bed but they gave me a 2 Queen size bed room. It had a 27 inch TV compared to a 19 inch at other hotels. The room was just nice and comfortable.

“Clean, quiet, great price!”

For the price, this hotel is great. The hotel and my room was very clean and quiet, the wi-fi free and fast. The room was up-to-date, with new carpet, bedspread, and drapes and the bathroom was spotless. The free breakfast is only cold cereal, juice, muffins, and coffee, but McDonalds is across the parking lot if needed. There is no elevator, so be sure to request a first floor room if you don't want to climb stairs. This hotel is a great place to stay for business travel, and close to Eastern Oregon University if that's your destination (though not walking distance).

“I'd stay again.”

Only complaint I had was my card key wouldn't work every night except one in the side door. Fortunately had my grandson w/me who could go around to office as I have to use a walker. Otherwise was perfectly fine. Price good, staff pleasant. No other issues. I would recommend it, especially if you are going to stay for a few days, easy freeway access, food, gas, stores. Expedia failed to tell the hotel wanted room close for easy access to my car. Hotel accommodated very well.

The hotel was nice for the price. Nothing fancy but it was safe and maintained.

The pool is freezing but the hot tub was great and the room was comfortable.

motel was being remodeled at time and hot tub and pools were closed. some noise in the neghiborhood because of trucks parking for night and fast food outlets nearby.

“Quick trip”

The hotel was nice for the price. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The kids liked the pool and the location was good. We also needed parking for a motor home and that was available. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast, but there were restaurants nearby.

“Decent for the price”

Well located, right off of the freeway. The staff we dealt with was very nice. Plenty of clean towels in the pool area and quickly accomodated us with more towels in our room when we asked. When our battery was drained in the morning they quickly found someone to help us jump it. Very basic continental breakfast and you kind of need to take it back to your room to eat it. (Not a lot of room to sit down at the front where breakfast was served.) But overall decent for the price and very nice staff. I would stay there again.
