Hello, many thanks for staying with us :)We are sorry for the misunderstanding that the private room in the apartment shared a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 more private rooms. I guess Expedia doesn't specify that clearly as it is in other reservation platforms. we definitely provide rooms with cleaned towels. Bathroom cleaness can be sometimes difficult if other guests of the apartment do not cooperate. The 3 rooms have double bed in the matrimonial size. We can definitely improve on adding chairs and closet as there are in all the other rooms of the hotel, you are right.

hello, I'd say that is normal to have 1 pillow per person, if a guest need an extra one, he can ask for it and we'll make the favor to add an extra. About the sheet, of course it isn't a rat one! In Costa Rica, anywhere you go, there are geckos (little lizards) that walk in the walls and ceiling. It's part of the nature, impossible to stop them and actually they are super good to eat mosquitos :-). Sorry for that but we can't stop that they poo around. In the morning we can change the blankets if this sporadically happen. About the toilets, we know they could be small for tall people, but if you slightly open your legs, you can comfortably poop inside. We are glad that you have good time kitesurfing with us! Hello, we are happy that you have a good time and eat well in our restaurant. About the rooms, we have 5 types of rooms, from the cheapest (smaller) to the biggest (more expensive). We give to the costumers the freedom to choose what they prefer depending on what they like to spend. The 2 suites are very big, cheers

Yep, our place is mostly to sleep and eat, and then explore the beautiful area or kiteboarding. $40 for a double room ($20 per person) is the cheapest you can find in the area, considering that we are very close to the beach and we have an awesome view. Guests can choose for bigger rooms as the bungalows or the suites if they prefer. All the rooms have privacy. Cheers.
