Staff was very professional, helpful, and kind. The towels included washcloths. (Yay! Not a usual practice in European hotels.) Free, included breakfast was fantastic with great selections. Nothing we didn't like...

Santiago de Compostela.
Hotel is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and the concierge very friendly and helpful. The hotel has parking lot on site and it is 20 minutes walk to the historic part of the city.

This is a lovely hotel with a very nice restaurant. The room was very nice. However, it was pretty far from the historic district and I would have preferred lodgings that were closer to downtown.

All the staff were professional and courteous. If you are a light sleeper, however, you may need to reconsider. You can hear doors opening and closing, plumbing when other rooms flush or shower, etc. nice property, very close to El Corte Ingles and an urban park. Neighborhood is quiet mostly.

As many hotels in Spain the AC is off, to be able to sleep itā€™s necessary to open the windows, which worked for us. This hotel is convenient if you bring a car because is 15 minutes away from historic sites and the parking fee is only $10.

The hotel was easy to find. The car park is beneath the property and easily accessible. The hotel is also very close to El Corte Ingles and Hipercore as well as a fuel forecourt. The staff were generally friendly enough although some seemed a bit reluctant to help.

Misleading info
The reason I choose this hotel was because it said to provide airport shuttle service. Which as a common understanding is believed to be free unless it is indicated otherwise. Which was incorrect and misleading information because the hotel doesnā€™t have an airport shuttle service.

I wasnā€™t overly impressed with the staff, we got stranded in town and tried calling the hotel to help arrange a cab, the line rang for ages with no answer. I mentioned it to them and they didnā€™t seem to care. Not worth the money either

Loved this hotel. So modern, so funky and stylish. This is a hotel you want to stay in. Had a very warm welcome upon arrival, rooms incredible spacious and clean. Very relaxing and interesting people to meet. It's a bit outside of the city centre which is a slight let down but overall, a very nice hotel and will definitely come back.

This property is truly lovely. The hospitality was wonderful and the room was awesome. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved having bunk beds! Also great to have a hang out area. We loved the delicious breakfast in the am in the welcoming restaurant area. All wonderful. Also just a block from corte ingles/hĆ­per which was great for shopping and groceries.

The hotel is ok for a few days, staff friendly and helpful. The room clean and tidy although it wasn't particularly sound proofed,you good hear the tv from adjoining room & people in corridor. Being just out of the town centre albeit by a lovely park it was a bit of a trek to the Cathedral etc and a hilly one.

The desk service is excellent ! I was needing a taxi @ 05:00, the lady at desk took the initiative to call the taxi service to ensure that the taxi is coming... and went out of hotel to see if it truly comes.(being winter time, cold) I was deeply impressed by the kind service of this hotel !
