“Great location”
Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Good value and an easy walk to all the historic sites.

the husa is really centrally located for walks in the old town and the modern shopping areas and the staff are really friendly and helpful. value for money was excepional. we didn't eat in the hotel so i can't comment on the food, but there are lots of good places to eat, at a reasonable cost very close by.

I found the staff very friendly and wuld go back simply because they were outgoing and nice as wll as informative. The hotel was on the Placa Galicia which was convenient to major sites, restaurants, shopping and a two minute walk to and from the airport bus. There were no common areas to speak of . . . just a small area at the front desk. And breakfast was not a homerun. The room was on the square and there is a bus stop at the front door so if you are sensitive to such things . . . I am not . . . stay at a more expensive place. The room was clean until I found a previous guest had stuffed some clothes under the bed.

Our second visit to this hotel,very comfortable and good value,the location couldn't be bettered. Just a short walk and you are in the old town,with all it's lovely buildings and great eating places.
“Well priced, great location.”
No taxis when we landed, so got the Aerobus without knowing where it would put us or how we would get to hotel from that point. Bus stops in Plaza Galicia, right outside the hotel! Good start. Hotel very reasonably priced, right in the centre, and very clean. Staff always helpful. Nothing swanky, but excellent value.
“Impressed with the hotel location”
Hotel Husa is close to almost all that you need to see in Santiago de Compostela. most important was, around the corner of the hotel is the taxi stand to get to where you are going especially to the airport. And walking distance to the cathedral and it's like between the new and the old town.
“Cheap, Cheerful & Very Friendly”
In common with the rest of Santiago it seems, Husa Universal was very friendly. The desk staff helped with all of our requests and good advise was given when asked for. The room itself was basic and, again like the rest of SCQ, a bit damp. Sometimes the occupants of the neighbouring rooms could be heard. But it was clean and well tended, and the en-suite was of a reasonable standard. The main advantage of this hotel, other than the price, was the location. This is an ideal place to explore the old city and also easy to get back to for an afternoon siesta. And an easy place to waddle back to after a superb Galician seafood dinner.
