The Hesperia Tower is a 5-star hotel located in l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, very close to the airport and just 15 minutes away with public transportation from Barcelona’s city center. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport and to Plaza Catalunya at scheduled hours and onsite parking for an extra cost.

The hotel, opened in 2006, was designed by the architect Richard Rogers and is one of the highest buildings of the city of Barcelona.

“Close to Airport or Not”

The Hesperia was a 5 star hotel . .the only issue is its location . .its a 30 min subway ride to downtown and a 5 min walk to the subway station from the hotel.

“had a suite, was amazing, loves this hotel.”

really nice modern hotel, not in the centre of barcelona but metro directly over the road and easy to use. used this hotel before going on a cruise and was perfect for this, was about 20 euroes in a taxi to the port.. Realy enjoyed a 2 night stay in this hotel.

“Excellent Choice”

Nicest Hotel I have stayed in. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English, and were very helpfull. Taxi was 20 Euros from Airport to Hotel. I could have taken free Hotel Shuttle Bus but after a long flight I decided a Taxi was more conveniant. Free Shuttle was given into Barcelona City. Subway back to Hotel was very easy and cheap. Over all, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

“Great Hotel”

We had a great stay even though it was just one night. Everyone was great including bellman and van driver. We would definitely stay here again or any other property owned by this company. Hot water control in shower needed some attention, which we reported when we left as we only stayed one night.

“very nice hotel”

I liked it very much. The decoration is very nice. Mi complain is about the shuttle service. The schedule is very limited. It is not close to the city, but the metro is very very very close, so you can take the red line and get to everyplace in Barcelona.
