Both front desk ladies were great. Only complaint was two of 3 ice machines weren’t working. Good breakfast , overall nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again!!

the room and facility were great! but if you want the breakfast, be sure to get there early because they don’t refill the food once it’s gone. if you’re there after 8 you won’t have much for options.

Great stay smoke free , close to stores and gas stations , has fridge and microwave so that was pretty cool . The staff are super nice and they let me check in early .

Found one bed bug on night 2 after they put "clean sheets" in. Plus, a huge bug in the sink that we had to kill. This resulted in us sleeping in our rental car for the last night. The staff was friendly but the place smelt disgusting and the elevator was always out of service. The elevator wouldn't be a normal complaint of mine if the place was at least clean. Bugs and dirt everywhere in the room are unacceptable. I would suggest paying more money to stay somewhere that is at least clean if you are traveling from out of state....

The location is good, but very pricey for what it offers. Our room was the worst! According to the online check in, it was the last available, but the restroom was clogged. The phone didn't work and the fridge was broken. The ice machines weren't working either. We tried to get a hold of someone to help, but no one was available. It was a good thing that it was a short stay and we only went to sleep.

I wouldn’t stay here again. There was a hole in the floor of my bathroom, the couches were disgusting, everything about this property was run down. It needs a complete remodel. I didn’t even want to shower here, I just waited until our next stop.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Appreciated the coffee and water station in the lobby. Breakfast was nice too. We didn’t realize it was a dog-friendly place until we heard barking, but it didn’t bother us. We just never thought to ask when we booked the room.

Ehh. Adequate
First night was good, but flooring was coming up in bathroom. Second night, elevator was down. We got ambushed by a bat on the 3rd floor. Scared my 5 and 2 year old granddaughters. Elevator down the next morning again. The breakfast and the lady who handled all of that were very good. Lady, failed to get her name, was the best I have experienced in a hotel. I gave her kudos to the manager.

The maid we met was very nice and friendly and the lady that did the breakfast set up and food was very very friendly and treated everyone like they were special. We thought she was the best. did not get her name. The rest of the place needs a through cleaning. Stains on the carpets. The hall ways were dirty. No soap in our bathroom. Over all it needs a complete redo.

Came to Austin to race Trans AM series at COTA. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. 20min drive to the track, but did not have to fight airport or downtown traffic because of the hotel location.

No maid service, cold water, breakfast too early
In addition to not cleaning the rooms after leaving in the am, even after specifically requesting room clean with the front desk and the cleaning staff, and no hot water the day we left - breakfast closes at 9:00am, so unless you are staying for work purposes, breakfast closed too early to be able to take advantage of.

Firstly, this hotel could only find one of my reservations thru expedia. I am glad i had the confirmation but it took way too long. The rooms did not have any hot water, not even luke warm for the entire stay. Finally the elevator was acting up and I was stranded in it for 10 minutes. UGH

Staff was nice. The outside of hotel looked newer but inside was dated carpets were dirty around the hotel and in hotel room stained trash on floor. Elevator looked so dirty like it’s never cleaned Room was ehhh I will not be staying here again

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed very comfy. My only issue was the AC. I arrived late, so turned on AC around 10. Around midnight, the room was still extremely hot. Between then and 1 am, I adjusted the dial (no wall control) every way possible, but the room stayed hot. I called the front desk at 1am. She told me to turn it off and then back on after 10 minutes. If that didn’t work, she said she could try to switch rooms but I had already heard they were full. It didn’t, so I just made it through the night. The next morning, I noticed the 3rd floor hallway was hot too. We are traveling back to this hotel on Parents’ weekend. I would have switched hotels but most were booked. Hoping AC issue is fixed!

On the outside the hotel looks good. The rooms on the other hand need improvement. My room door wouldn’t close properly. I had to lift my door up in order to close. My curtain was torn, the water valve on the shower was spraying out when the valve was opened for the shower. The shower head adjuster handle was broken and we couldn’t change the shower head settings.
