Beach, garden, swimming pools are very nice. Food quality is good. Particularly the breakfast was excellent! However, there are not many dining options. At time when we visited, there was only buffet open. We had a Senior suite and 2 Standard Single rooms. The suite was nice and spacious, however in the Single rooms there were 2 beds and they were pretty small (removing 1 bed would help to create a little more space, also it's expected to be single anyway). No problems with parking. We enjoyed our stay and I can recommend it.

fast check in. nice and friendly staff all over and every were. efficient with a good service. almost 1 hr from Izmir. the room is not so big but wide enough. take see view to get an amazing view. clean. billows need to be improved. bathroom has all needed tools. AC hot and cold is fantastic. swimming pool is wide, nice and clean. the beach is extra amazing. entertainment every night with very efficient teams. amusing. if you travel with children they will never get bored with many places and activities to do. food is an open buffet in the 3 meals. hot. fresh and very delicious. lots of variation. also the spa and the gym. all facilities are nice. no need to go out of this 5 stars resort. frankly. the service we got is higher than the money we paid. I hope they can keep the same level in summer to come back :) my family and myself loved our stay and for sure we will come back again. hopping the hotel will keep this level in all matters.

Weekend break
It was ok as far as all inclusive hotels go. The food was good but choices were the same day after day. Wifi was a bit on/off for the first day but was ok after that.

Our family loved the rooms and the beautiful view from our rooms, however, the food was not the best:( not much variety, almost the same food every day. The staff were very friendly! Overall, we had a very good time on this property.

Decent budget resort. I would say it's a 3.5 star hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Very limited a la carte dinning. Nice beach with very fine sand. Probably because of the sand the color of the water is dirty brown near the shore.

Awesome week and food but beware of mosquitoes
Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay for a week. Clean and hygienic facility. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. A lot of variety of traditional Turkish and international food choices were available and changes every day. A couple of maintenance issues but resolved right away. As much as we enjoyed our family time we were troubled by mosquitoes. Recommend to bring your own repellent. Really good choice for a family stay.

The check-in was very easy and the staff at check-in and check-out were fantastic. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The staff in the restaurants and bars were hit and miss. Some were very good others a little bit cold. The food and drinks were fine. It was not gourmet but there was lots of things available and generally tasted pretty good. The grounds were really well taken care of and while the place seemed a little dated it was generally well maintained. For the price, I would definitely say it was good value for money.

Had a great week - Very friendly staff- lots of activities and fab beach. Not 5 star as per European standards but nevertheless its a really good hotel within 10-15 mins of central Kusadasi. We will be returning.

Very good spa. Noisy resort.
The resort gets high marks for cleanliness and attention to health issues during COVID. The dining room staff is overzealous in trying to clear dishes before people have finished. The spa/hammam is very good and reasonably priced. My room showed significant signs of wear and tear on the walls and tho' I overlooked the pool the late night music (2230-0030) on week nights was definitely disruptive.

My friend and i felt so safe..from entering the reception.everything we touched .pen.paper was all dropped in containers..towels .toiletries ..toilet paper was sealed in plastic..temp taken..going in restaurant.food served behind glass ..staff were so good.fifth time there ..love it..highly recommend it xxxx

Too many people from Russia, Germany, Romania, and Netherland did not wear their masks in the building, the elevator, and the restaurant. However, no attendents requested for wearing masks to them. Other than that, overall conditions and services are excellent.

Great spot to visit Ephesus sites from.
Awesome stay. Only 8 min from all the Ephesus sites. Food for all the meals was well prepared and fresh even though it's the off season right now for vacations in the area. Beach is beautiful and would love to return in warmer months to take full advantage of all the amenities. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was not working then got fixed. Staff knocked on the door while do not disturb sign was on. Buffet is varied with average quality. You should be aware that during the afternoon you have activities with high nose in the pool area. So forget about sitting in the balcony or having a nap. A shame. This is a mass and poorly managed hotel. The only upside is the cheap price.

Great value for money. I have never stayed all inclusive, usually plan my own holidays. This was perfect can’t believe anyone complains. Staff brilliant, amenities good food a bit repetitive but what would you really expect would definitely stay here again

I was in this resort from sep.23-29, I reserved a Superior double sea view room, but the room was smaller then standard and no superior double room, the bathroom was very small too, difficult moved around the bathroom, overall it is not a five star hotel.

A Great All Inclusive for Families and Couples
On arrival at the Richmond Ephesus we were greeted by Anastaisa, the Guest Relations Manager who made our stay so welcoming. Anything we asked for she was able to help. Even though at this time of year all of the restaurants were not open, Anastasia advised that we could avail of the various restaurant menus at no extra cost. This made a big difference to the all inclusive dining experience. We also availed of the wellness and spa centre. As I had a shoulder and back injury the massages I received at a small cost alleviated so much of the pain I was suffering and by the end of the week I was pain free. Well worth a visit.

Nice Hotel. Lovely views over city.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July and had a wonderful time. It is situated on a quiet street but is very central and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. There are lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent resort on the beach
My wife and I had a great stay here for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. It was great to stay at an all-inclusive, although I would say the food was average. The pool was great and being right on the beach made for an excellent stay. There were also nightly activities at the resort so there was no need to leave if you did not want to. The hotel is not too far from the ancient ruins of Ephesus so you can take advantage of that through the hotel as well. Although I did not get to use it, the resort also has a basketball court which I was exited about. The resort is great for children as well and has 2 small pools dedicated to children, including one with an amusement park-style slide. Overall we had a great stay.

Richmond Ephesus Resort - very poor service levels
The hotel looks nice and the room is clean but the service is lousy. The internet wi-fi connection in the room did not work at all and they could not rectify it inspite of complaining many times and the only response was a shrug of the shoulders. The food is not great and even though they offer dinner as a part of the room rate, it is not worth it. Not recommended unless you have no other choice

The hotel is a resort so it is located in a very nice area close to the sea and the rooms have good sea views. We were there in off season and perhaps that is why the service was very poor. We couldn't check in until after 5 pm and had trouble getting internet service. I would stay again during the summer months, it might be better.

Lukewarm about this place.
Had to pay for drinks at dinner even though we were half board. 9L for a tiny fountain drink, cheap cherry juice. Seemed like a rip off given the context of everyone else drinking for free. I think it probably would be a good place for families, though the water at the beach was murkey. Lukewarm about this place.

Don't expect water with your halfboard booking!
The air conditioning was broken in the hotel both nights we stayed so sleeping was quite uncomfortable. I booked a half board room and was told the first night at dinner that this included drinks at dinner - then the second night, the buffet manager asked where our wrist bans were and informed us drinks (not even water) was included, and proceeded to take the bottle of water that was there when we sat down away. Then another server came by and asked us what we wanted and I stated nothing, then he came back with water and poured me a glass, and then within 5 minutes (after speaking to the manager) came back and took the glass away and told me I had to pay for it! I had not taken a sip of the water at this point, but the fact that he took away a glass of water and dumped it out was a bit much. The rooms could stand to be updated, but the grounds were well maintained and nice.

Super hotel well located for Ephesus Kusadasi Virgin Mary House and Sirince
We picked the hotel for the location. It had a lovely sandy beach and was a 5 minute drive from the famous Ephesus World Heritage Site which was amazing. See the Virgin Mary House too off the D550 nearby Selcuk. Don't miss the village of Sirince sign posted from Selcuk. Lovely country restaurants and markets. Wine tasting is fun too. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were superb. The food was well presented and many traditional dishes were on offer ... delicious and tasted homemade. Levent, the maitre D made us very welcome and Hakan is an excellent waiter who is very keen to practice his English. We tried the spa and had an amazing hot stone massage i a private room for couples ( on special offer €50 ) Yummy All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived in a rented Avis car from Iznir Airport and it was an easy 1 hour drive using Google maps routings. Make sure you get a toll card from the office just BEFORE the motorway exit to Selcuk and Kusadasi. No card is required when you enter at Izmir Airport .. at least that is what Avis told me.
