The hotel is located in a convenient location but it’s old and dark. Our room stank and when we told them, they sprayed it with air freshener. On check-out we told them not to give our room to anyone as the smell isn’t pleasant. The advice was not taken seriously, but we were thanked for choosing Hilton. Suggest guests to stay else where

I booked two deluxe rooms.the rooms size and furniture were ok but the noise from outside nightclubs was so loud that didn't allow us to sleep from 10pm till 5am. It was so loud as if it was next room. I went to reception and down graded my room category to get a room at the back of the hotel with local apartments view just to avoid the unbelievable mega noise. It was unbelievable sleepless night

The reception, bar, restaurants and pool were amazing. Only 2 negatives were the room needs refurbishing and the nightclub next door means you might not get to sleep although this seemed better on the 2nd night.

Unfortunately if you get the wrong room then the noise from the next door nightclub is intolerable and goes onto four in the morning. It sound like you are in the club with the continued thud thud. To be fair the hotel moved my room to another, this was a cheaper room but they could not refund the difference. This does mean they should add a warning about the noise when booking.

You can get the same for less in Kusadasi
The Hilton in Kusadasi is only an OK choice. I have stayed in much better hotels for a lot less money. The hotel is comfortable and provides all you need but doesn't deliver any extra. The buffet breakfast has poor selection if you're used to the chain in Europe/US, however, the most surprising part for me was the number of staff that didn't speak English. Many times staff had to go call someone else to get my order, in fact, overall that is the case in the city. You would think that the staff would know more though in such a touristic city.

The hotel is very old and everything looks low quality and dirty. At midnight our shower started by itself too many times. We called the front desk, they sent a technician it was 1 in the morning. He said that the showers are very sensitive and has to be turned off at a certain degree! It dripped water after that but was better than before. Next to the hotel there is a nightclub and music was so loud until 2 am. We wanted to sit at the balcony but it didn’t feel safe! I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Hayal kırıklığına razıysanız gidebilirsiniz
İş ve tatil sebebiyle hem bilinen firmaların otellerinde (hilton, doubletree, conrad, swiss, movenpick vs.) hem de butik otellerde defalarca konaklamış bir kişi olarak, bu otel kadar beni hayal kırıklığına uğratan bir otel olmamıştı (butik otellerde bile böyle bir deneyim yaşamadım) Bir kere genel olarak yaşadığım hissiyat şu; sanki hilton bu oteli devren başka birisine bırakmış. O kişi de sadece o binayı devren aldığı gibi kullanmaya başlamış. Ne bakım yapıyor ne de yetkin bir kadro var. Çalışan emekçi arkadaşlarıma teşekkür ederim onlar elinden geleni yapıyorlar ama resmen ekibin yüzde 80’i uygulama otelindeki stajyer arkadaşlarımız gibi tamamen deneyimsizler her hallerinden belli. İlk gece resepsiyondaki arkadaş bizim aldığımız oda klasmanında bir odaya yerleştirmemiş. Kaldığımız odada sineklik kırıktı, gece yan gazinodan capcanlı konser dinledik. Odadaki minibar resmen endustriyel bir dolap gibi ses çıkarıyor sizi uyutmuyor. Mecbur fişini çekmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi yatağın benim tarafı tamamen çökmüş, ben de çok yumuşak diye öyle normal sandım sabah 05.00e kadar uyuyamadan döndüm durdum. Sabah arkadaşımın tarafını denedim yarım saat sızmışım sorun yoktu. Sonra sabah oda değişikliği istedim. Diğer odada da minibar sorunu ve ses devam ediyordu. Buna ek duş aldıktan sonra içerde otururken beş dakikada bir duş su kusuyor, atıyordu :)) yani her haliyle sanki yakında kapanacağı için hiç umursanmayan bir otel. I think this is the best hotel in the area - swimming pool area is nice. The roof restaurant has beautiful views of the port.

Perfect stay and amazing hotel. Only thing I would point out is there are two lovely restaurants out the back that we weren’t aware of until we decided to go for a walk. Would of been nice to of pointed this out however this is not a let down just something they should of mentioned on arrival or when we were ordering food from the pool side bar.

Not the usual Hilton experience
Front of house and reception staff were fantastic, check in went smoothly and staff very friendly and helpful. Our swim up, deluxe king rooms were large and had all necessities but are dated and a bit worn. Bed very comfy. Swim up pool was pleasant but needs to be cleaned and a lot of tiles missing. Meal at the rooftop restaurant was nice, with great views but service was very poor with timings all wrong (starters arriving for some and mains for others) and drinks never delivered. Overall a nice hotel and great location.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel, pool, rooms, shower, view, location. Everything was perfect! Welcome staff, excellent food and drinks by the amazing huge and warm pool. Great music, greats vibes and a beautiful rooftop bar. Had such a great time we extended 4 nights. Thank you!
