“Chic hotel in KL!”
Great hotel! Very beautiful and chic. the breakfast is out of this world. Free internet in the lobby and cheap in the rooms. Many restaurants around and a shopping paradise is minutes away by taxi. Will stay there next time in KL. Make sure you present your SPG card to stay on the SPG 31st floor. We had a view of KL tower and Petronas towers.
“Superb Hotel in KL get a Club room”
I live in singapore and wanted to get away for the new year so I booked a 3 night stay .How lucky was I to book the Sheraton.I travel the world and can honestly this was one of the best rooms I have ever had .I took a club room which let me use the vip club.Which was superb .The health club was wonderful .A great place to relax.I would advise anyone going to KL to try this hotel, you will be going back time and time again.
“Great extras”
Old worldy, big rooms and great staff. Business club upgrade highly recommended - great value.
“Highly Recommended - 5 STAR Experience”
Fantastic Hotel, with beautiful Grand Entrance, Wonderful Facilities and Beautiful Rooms. But, what really makes this hotel a winner is the Staff who attend to every need and make you feel like royalty. This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel and this particular time was the best. The quality of the room service food is unbeatable and we were even given a complimentary 5 minute pool side massage on our first day down by the pool. The gym facilities are fantastic. I highly recommend upgrading to the Sheraton Club Room where you can experience a range of additional benefits such as breakfast and evening canapes and cocktails. Highly Recommended and will definitely be going back. Thank you!
“Club Room at Sheraton”
We stayed for only one night at the weekend in a club room. We were able to check in early at no extra cost ( at 10.30am ) and the room was ready. The room was very spacious and the bathroom amazing! We had a fantastic view of Menara KL and the Twin Towers from our room. All the staff we met were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The facilities in the club room were great as was the breakfast in the Essence restaurant.
“Highly recommend”
This is our second back at Sheraton Imperial within the space of a year. The staff are friendly and courteous. We had arrived quite early to the hotel and they allowed to check. We stayed in their Club Rooms which grants us access to the Club Lounge. This is one of the reasons why we stay here as the Club Lounge provides complimentary drinks and food - especially between the hours of 1800 to 2000 where they provide alchohol and delicious finger foods. The breakfast buffet is good, offering both Eastern and Western cuisines. We especially love the freshly squeezed fruit juices. Sheraton Imperial is a little away from the the shopping centres (KLCC or Pavillion) but you can take a taxi ride (about 5-10 minutes to get to) or catch the MRT. We will definitely go back again and pay a little extra to get the Club Rooms. Thanks Sheraton Imperial for making our stay in KL memorable.
“If we go to KL again this is where we will stay”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Took care of all our needs. Even my 10 months old son felt like he was at home.
“Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel”
Great Place to stay. I do recommend for business people mostly.
“Excellent hotel in central KL”
The hotel facilities and services were impeccable. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was a gem! Located right next to the monorail station which made travelling around KL really easy.
“FABULOUS ! :-) Fantastic hotel.”
Wow, what a superb hotel, the service, food, cleanliness, location and room comfort levels were all first class. The room was sumptious, a marble bathroom, huge shower and bath, all the usual complimentary goodies, and a really powerful shower ! The beds were fabulously comfortable, the flat screen, in wall TV was lovely, and the view !! Well, we were on the 33rd floor looking towards the KL tower, and it a view and a half. The lobby bar was fabulously decadent, with live singers every evening, the selection of teas was stunning, and the service was wonderful. The pool was excellent, gorgeous to leap into after a days sightseeing or shopping in KL's humid atmosphere. Be sure to make use of it! Transport, well, you are literally a hop, skip and a jump from a monorail station, and to get to it you are undercover all the way, so even in the torrential rainstorms you won't get wet. And you are only 2 stops, or a 10/15 minute stroll from the main shopping street. The only downside? Well, next to the hotel is a street of restaurants/bars/clubs, and up until about 3.00am you can hear the constant thump thump thump of bass music booming ! Even 33 floors up ! It won't keep heavy sleepers awake, but it's the sort of noise that once it has disturbed you once you find yourself listening out for ! Very irritating. We loved our stay here, and HIGHLY recommend it.
