Pleased yet disappointed.
Room was spacious for family of 3 adult, one double and one single bed provide great comfort. Negative side was the bathroom certainly need an overhaul if not please descale, the condition is not acceptable, tiles were full of moulds, every aspects of the bathroom. We booked for 2nights and had to move to another location. Price and location are certainly very good, parking is convenient, great help from security to ensure safe parking just outside of hotel.

1. Need to purchase toothbrush and toothpaste 2. The cleaner not allow stay at room when she is doing housekeeping even I busy for my work. 3. Cleaner told me she is not free to do my room cleaning

nothing special about this hotel, the only thing I can say is the massage center is convenient, the staff are very rude and the rooms is not prepared before the guest arrive , the main door for the room can not unlock i have to go up and down for few time and finally the hotel staff change the room for us

there was no hot water in the room , I complain few time than It was fixed but only last for one day I again made complain but it was not fix we have to take cold shower and caused my family fall sick . the air con was very noise and the flap was broken and unable to move about . I wish all this is being fix pier to my check in and not wait till we make complain and yet was not fixed .

I like the stay , because of the location of hotel near KL Sentral, local area is really nice. Hotel overall cleanliness is also good. Value for money.👍👍

The Location was great for me, because I had Biz Meetings near by. Room was good, just that you need to make sure not to make any noise, I couldnt even sneeze or caugh, my next door guest would knock on the walls saying too noisy..

Easy walk to KL Sentral. A bit noisy but not bad. Breakfast isn't as good as the past but still okay.

Fuss Free 3 Star Hotel Near KL Sentral
Checking in & out were fuss free, rooms we got were basic and all amenities were provided except toothbrush and paste. Overall, we were satisfied for the price being paid for this hotel which is within walking distance to KL Sentral.

Low prices, good location. Not exactly spotless.
Location is the best part of this hotel, that and the price. Room service was very reasonable although you have to pay in cash. Food was fine. The bedding is well-worn, yellowing in places but it felt like it was clean. Bathroom isn't amazing but toilet and wash basin were fine. Towels felt very fresh and newly laundered. The whole hotel could do with a deep-clean I would rate cleanliness as 6/10. I used the laundry services which were very reasonable and my clothes came back to a standard I was happy with.

Nothing unique about this hotel. Cleanliness of the sheets needs attention. Somehow the sheets look black and uninviting. Toilet needs attention with chipped tiles and dirty walls.

Comfortable stay with limited parking
My family and i(total of 6 people) had comforyable stay there. We booked a family room with 1 queen and 1 single bed.neither of us sleep on the floor 😆. Toilet hygiene is tolerable. I think the hotel team need to provide more parking space for the hotel customer because i have to circle around many times to find the parking space.

Great service, mediocre amenities
The service was excellent and really friendly. As a solo female traveler though, walking from KL Sentral to the hotel was a bit scary. The breakfast was so-sons the eating area was dirty. In my room the safe was broken and there’s was no hot water at night.

i made reserve about 6 months in advance and told reception on arrival that I have an important exam and needs a nice room so He put me in very narrow room with knees on wall in the WC in last floor .

Despite checking in at 2am, I waited for at least 10 minutes until a receptionist helped me with check in. I was upgraded to a nicer room since the type I booked was full. However... Upon entering the room, I didn’t expect the room was uncleaned. Toilet towels on the floor, bedding messed up, apparently it was not cleaned and not ready for check in. Luckily it took little time for the receptionist to offee me another room that had been tidied up.

Staff were friendly but not confident. Location of the hotel is central to transportation hub but its proximity to major roads and lack of double glazing make the rooms hot and noisy. Room was large, we had a delux queen, but furniture and finishes were grubby and in some places dirty. Needs more attention to detail. Check out was painless and fast. Thought it was over priced for condition of the hotel.
