“Perfect Hotel for the Formula 1 Gran Prix”
The hotel has a great location (across from the Pavilion Mall and three blocks from the Petronas Twin towers). The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is good....especially the laundry service. I will definetely book this hotel on my next trip to KUL!!!

Could not fault the excellent service we received from the staff . Hotel great location especially with the Pavilion Shopping centre over the road. Would have no hesitation to return to this property.
“Très central, personnel adorable”
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5min de l'artère principale et 5 min des Petronas Towers. Le personnel très aimable et serviable. Les chambres spacieuses avec tout ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles. Mieux qu'un Novotel français. A recommander !

“Ten out of Ten”
Excellent location. Close to everything we wanted. Great breakfast. Fantastic value incl my wife's massage. Very clean, practical, efficient. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good local tours. I will definitely be back. Expedia responsiveness was also spot on. Only minor item was that upon check out, I was requested to pay the bill (again) since I had already previously paid everything via Expedia.
“Great Stopover”
Only a one night stay after visiting Sarawak and Langkawi but very satisfied, great position and a terrific breakfast included. Will return on our next trip and stay longer.
“Excellent value in the middle of Kuala Lumpur-comfort, proximity, & 5 star service at a 3 star price”
All the comforts that a five star can provide at the price of a 3 star - breakfast, included in the price, had enormous choice, and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel had a great special of 20 Ringgit for 24 hours of internet (around $7 US or AUD). Room very clean, very basic. The view was not great from the room (staring at offices) but the pool had a fun view. Do not take any taxi after 5 pm in KL as the traffic is hellacious - the cost was 14 MR to arrive to the hotel but over 40 MR to return to the Central Station to get to the airport (and 50 minutes for what was originally a 10 minute trip) .

The Buffet food both breakfast as well as dinner is simply amazing in the variety & quality ... Great pool & excellent service ... Don't forget to visit the Orangutan in the sister resort , well worth the visit
“Very Pleased”
We could not find any issues with the hotel, rooms were clean, facilities were nice. The location was good- the petronas towers were within walking distance of the hotel and the train network was fairly close. We're not fussy travelers, so the best part of this hotel was the service. Whenever we needed help it was available- when we were having issues making a reservation at the revolving restaurant, the hotel contacted the restaurant on our behalf and arranged everything for us, even a table right next to the window. The concierge was able to advise of the sights we have to see and how to get their. Even though, at the time we stayed their the hotel was completely full- the staff remembered us and were genuinely concerned with any issues we had- such as getting to the airport or if we were satisfied with breakfast. When I come back to Malaysia, I wouldn't think twice about staying somewhere else. We were completely satisfied with this hotel in every aspect. Definitely, recommend it to others.
“Great price, Great hotel”
Great location. Great price and wonderful amenities in the hotel. The staff were very helpful. Good views around the golden triangle. Free Wi-Fi and a cooler lounge would have been nice but all in all a lovely hotel and a great bargain.
