“Not Impressed with the service”

Hi, I recently travelled to Kuala Lumpur, Malasia with my friend and we stayed in D Garden Hotel, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. I should say that the service at the reception was very poor. The receptionist was not at all friendly and she hardly smiled. She did not welcome us first of all. She had a ready answer "NO" for many queries that we had. They claim this hotel to be a 3 star one, but it surely doesn't have the facility required for a 3 star hotel. The room (we booked a room with executive queen size bed) was very much cramped and the bathroom was very small. The room had less maneuverability and we couldn't store our clothes and other utility items properly. If you'd like to know about the positives of the hotel, I'll say that during our stay there for 3 days & 3 nights, we did not experience even a single minute of power outage and the A/C unit was working properly. Also the hotel provides free Wi-Fi. The lady at the restaurant prepared pure vegetarian food on my request and I'm thankful to her for this. On the whole I'll not recommend this hotel to anyone who visits this city for a holiday.
