“Great Place to stay in KL...”

I had a great time in KL and the Crowne Plaza was a great place to get some rest and to serve as my hotel during my adventures in Malaysia.

“Club facilities excellent”

We arrived at the Crowne Plaza at 9.30 am off a flight from Australia. We were allowed access immediately to our room, and offered breakfast in the Club Lounge. Our departure wasn't until 5 pm and again we were provided access to our room until that time with full access to the lounge facilities. This was all for no additional cost. We were greeted by name each time we entered the lounge and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We would thoroughly recommend use of the Club facilities and this hotel which was central to many places in Kuala Lumpur.

“would definitely go back,”

This was my first visit to Kualar Lumpur, and such a pleasant experience. The monorail, was a bonus, the traffic as in most cities is busy to say the least, so to have the monorail situated right opposite the hotel was amazing. It was easy to navigate, we just checked on the maps where we wanted to go, and bought the tickets, that simple and so close to everything we wanted to see. China Town is a must, the Petronas Towers awesome. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

“A Wonderful KL experience”

My family and I only spent one night in KL as a stopover on the way home to Australia ... and we were disappointed we didn't stay longer! The staff at the Crowne Plaza were efficient, friendly and couldn't do enough for us ... a great introduction to Malaysia.

“Happy traveller.”

The hotel was supurb, staff were amazing and very friendly. Facilities are very well kept and complete. Comfort and standard of the rooms was also very high.
