Few minutes walk from KL Sentral so the journey to and from the airport was very easy and fast. Aloft’s location is very good. It is linked to Nu Sentral so dining and shopping was also only a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and the bathroom has shower and toilet separated. Would have preferred if the shower head was not fixed but it’s a small issue. The staff were all polite and friendly. Overall a great hotel. I’ll stay here again in future.

Wish there were USB sockets in room. Also alarm clock made noises all night. Shower temperature control was really difficult to control! Liked the roof top bar. Staff were super nice.

Staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. I like the late checkout (12noon). The room was spacious but it needed a coffee table to go with the sofa.
