Great location. Nice room (just get king size bed room, double bed rooms are small and bathrooms small). Nice sky bar with good view.

Just returned from a 3 day stay at Hotel Rubinstein and what can I say… fantastic hotel and staff, location is great, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter for local treats, minutes away from the river and walkable distance into the Old Town. Cannot fault this location and hotel, we will be staying again and highly recommend it to all. Thanks once again, especially Eliza, she loved every minute.

Fun in Krakow
The hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and music. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom living room and 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious. People at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. If you like to use washcloths, bring them!

The coffee caddie had a drip reservoir which has not been cleaned. I left the component open so attendant could see the problem. I'm confident that this is only a matter of training and understanding the device, all else being so very perfect.

great hotel , great staff
Exerllent location for us as we like walking and exploring and didn’t want to spend most of our time in the main square like most people.exerllent Staff all very hard working , polite and fully aware of the currant Covid situation. I totally recommend this lovely small , clean and friendly hotel to every one visiting krakow looking a great place to stay . I stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the experience of Kraków and this hotel .

Great location and hotel
Excellent hotel at the heart of the Jewish Quarter. It’s 4* and costs a little more than other hotels in the area but we appreciated the decor and breakfast and the ease of the location. Easy to fine and very near a tram stop to take you into the centre and the airport etc. Some really lovely bars and restaurants in the area which are much cheaper than in the old town and are much more quirky and atmospheric.

A good hotel, well placed on this characterful square in the Jewish Quarter. Lovely to hear quality live music from a number of the restaurants each evening.

Really nice small hotel across the ancient (and still used!) Rema synagogue. Clean and wonderful. Has an elevator, unlike some others!!

Excellent value
Great location in historic Kazermierz district. Quaint old square, lots of bars and restuarants. The hotel has pleasant rooms with modern bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Overall a good experience and great value for money.

The Rubinstein
Great location in the Jewish quarter but a little walk from the main square. Service at the hotel was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The wifi wasn't very reliable.

The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean. The mini-bar and bottled water were of a good selection. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was inconvenient.

A nice long week-end in Krakow
The City of Krakow and especially the Jewis area where we stayed are nice. Our hotel was located in the main square of it. Restaurants were everywhere and it was difficult to choose where to have your lunch and breakfast. The weather was terrible, non-stop rain but we managed to visit some of the most wellknown places in the city. In Krakow the price level in restaurants was very acceptable, quality of food and service very good, portions sometimes huge! We travelled by our car and there were no problems to find parking around our hotel.

Lovely hotel in Jewish Quarter
This hotel has a lovely ambience. It is clean and has comfortable big rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is close to many restaurants and only 11 minute walk to Wawel Castle. Would definately recommend and would return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Comfortable rooms with much needed air conditioning - it was very hot weather 30+. Bathroom was fab with low level, movement sensor lighting for nocturnal visits!
