The room was far too hot and humid. The air conditioner didn't work properly, and the cleaning staff opened the curtains when they left which let the sun in to hear the room up. On the day I arrived, the hotel was hosting some kind of loud dance party.

The breakfast was fantastic. The view of the castle is very nice. The hotel could use a renovation though. It has a good location as it is just across the river. It’s a good value.

The room was very spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Our room had a beautiful view of the castle and river. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff very friendly. Hotel was quiet. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is absolutely super! It is located diretely at the river with a nice view onto the Wavel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and lots of choises. The staff was very helpful and freindly. The only issue we had was that the internet sometimes was extremely slow or did not work at all. That was a problem, as the TV set had only Polish stations. Beside this small deficiency we would definetely return and recommend this hotel!

Great views of the Wawel Castle for sure. My wife and I were pretty happy overall. One thing that definitely was problematic was air-conditioning. We happened to be in Krakow in the beginning of August and it was very hot. The AC in the room was working, but it was rather weak. Otherwise, we felt the hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and very professional for Polish standards.

Superb views, hotel needs serious attention!!!
Hotel view was superb. Condition and state of hotel was very poor. Stained carpets, broken lights, broken air conditioning. A real disappointment on what was my honeymoon.

Hotell med fantastisk utsikt
Trevlig hotell med fantastisk utsikt över floden Wisla och slottet (om man har rum med fönster som vetter åt det hållet). Hotellet är tyst och rent, rummet är tillräckligt stort. Hotellet har dessutom egen parkering, vilket är ett stort plus. Gångavstånd till det mesta i centrala Krakow.

Super miejsce
Super miejsce , kompetentna, sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Wszędzie blisko. W dzień wyjazdu (niedziela) pozwolono nam pozostawić auto na parkingu, żebyśmy mogli jeszcze pozwiedzać miasto. Widok z okna wprost na Wawel i Smoka - BOMBA!!!

Świetna lokalizacja
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w boczne uliczce ze wspaniałym widokiem na Wisłę , Wawel i Skałkę. Hotel niezbyt duży, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Personel przyjazdny. Świetne śniadania, dobre WIFI. Parking na miejscu.

Rummet luktade unket/inrökt. Det saknades tjocka gardiner så det gick inte att dra för. Vaknade därför okristligt tidigt varje morgon pga att solen lyste rakt in. :(

Prisvärt hotel med gångavstånd till gamla stan
Rena relativt stora rum med bra sängar. Bra frukost. Rummen har fransk balkong med utsikt över floden och slottet Wavel. Jättelugnt på nätterna. Personalen var dock inte direkt serviceinriktade och smått ointresserade.

Het is al wel wat verouderd dit hotel, de matrassen lagen niet heel erg geweldig(gelukkig lag er nog een topper op) het was wel schoon, ontbijt niet supergeweldig, maar oké, en het allerfijnste was de ligging en het uitzicht 😁😁dit was fantastisch !!!! Prijs/kwaliteit was voor ons helemaal prima !!

Top-Lage mit Abstrichen
Hotel in Top-Lage direkt an der Weichsel gegenüber Wawel. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. P vor dem Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick. Ebenso vom Dachgarten. Relativ gutes Restaurant incl. Frühstück. Freundliches, bemühtes Personal, aber offensichtliches Managementproblem: Klimaanlage, Minibarkühlschrank und Badlüftung ohne Funktion. Abhilfe wurde zwar zugesagt, aber auch am 2. Tag nicht erfolgt. Auch andere Facilities etwas vernachlässigt.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf Weichsel und Burg
Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen und habe die tolle und zentrale Lage des Hotels sehr genossen. Wir hatten die Räder dabei und es war sehr schön, entlang der Weichsel ins Zentrum der Stadt zu radeln.

Gutes Hotel in Stadtnähe
Relativ zentral gelegen (ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg in Altstadt/jüdisches Viertel), Zimmer sauber, groß mit tollen Ausblick auf die Burg, wenige Parkplätze, Personal freundlich, Frühstück gut, ältestes Hotel mit Renovierungsbedarf aber trotzdem absolut ok.
