“Très bon hôtel”
Un hôtel d'une grande qualité que je recommanderais à tous ceux qui vont à Cracovie!!!
“A Krakow Gem”
The hotel is well appointed and the staff discreet but attentive. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but due to time constraints we could not travel into the city. A fantastic meal!!!
“well worth it”
This was a great hotel - especially for the money - the shuttle bus to and from the town is absolutely fantastic and can save a considerable amoutn of money if youre stayiong in Poland for any length of time. Most of the staff were great and very attentive. The breakfast was absolutely awesome and the other times we ate there, the meals were great although more expensive than the town. The rooms were clean and pretty modern - the pool had a little to be desired but it was ok.
“Good value”
Very good value for money. A bit of a walk to the centre of Krakow, but convenient mini bus service provided several times a day. Service excellent. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very good. Could do with new towels and upgrade of leisure facilities (sauna, swimming pool and beauty therapy)
“excellent hotel”
Hotel was excellent as was the service The staff had a good knowledge of english and the room was spacious and clean. A little far out of town but there is a free bus to take you into town or the reception area will be happy to organise a taxi
“Luxurious place to stay just slightly out of the old town”
Excellent & luxurious place to stay -the old town is just a quick (less than 10 minute) public bus ride ride away. The hotel also offered a very convenient free shuttle service to the old town (schedule varies depending on the season).
“great value for money”
although the hotel is not really within walking distance from the centre there is a free shuttle service which runs approx every hour or so....even so taxis cost no more than 20 zloty so we never had a problem. At the price cant fault it.

A lovely hotel just outside the city. there is a shuttle bus about 3 times each day although we chose to use taxis to and from the city as they were very cheap. the hotel was quiet and the room and bed were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel even although it is about 3km outwith the city.
“a really lovely hotel”
me and my sister stayed for 3 nights we arrived at around 10 am but was given a room right away we had a smoking room which didn't smell smokey like some can. We had two double bed both of which had duvets and were comfy. the bathroom was clean with a hairdryer and magnified mirror, a bath with a shower & plenty of hot water. didn't have chance to use the pool but it looked lovely. Didn't eat in the hotel except for breakfast which was continental and at 10 euros quite expensive we had drinks in the bar and they was resonably priced.The amber shop was suprisingly cheap. One main problem i found was there was no vending machines for drinks you had a choice of the mini bar, the bar, in room tea and coffee or a water cooler no a big problem though. a really nice hotel i would stay again with no hesitation!
“Very Impressed”
Talk about value for money. The room was incredible, it was a little bit far from the centre of town but it was only about a 4pound taxi ride in. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was great. The only thing I would say is don't have dinner there. It is much cheaper in town and a lot cheaper. The food at the resteraunt was nice, but really expensive, you are far better to go into the centre of Krakow and enjoy a meal there.
