Great location nice clean hotel. Rather loud at night because it is right in the city centre but they provide ear buds which help.

The entrance is hard to find but once found the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had a single room which was spacious and had all the usual necessities including a large walk in shower. Breakfast was plentiful and the Hotel location was excellent just off the main square. The only downside was having a street facing room and the noise from the street (and the trams at the end of the road) was obtrusive even on the third floor and the complementary ear plugs didn’t help! At the end of the day this is a budget hotel but I was more than satisfied with my stay - indeed I have stayed at worse 4 star hotels!

Beautiful rooms for our second stay and very helpful in ensuring my sons medication was correctly stored and getting us the same lovely rooms as our first stay . Love this hotel great location. Great selection of breakfast items pancakes,sausage,cheese,cold meats,cereal ,juice,tea and coffee,apples,yoghurts,toast,scrambled eggs,jams etc

Excellent is how to describe Hotel Rezydent
Nine of us stayed at the Hotel, less than a hundred yards from the central square. It is an ideal spot to visit many of Krakow's great sites. The staff were exceptional, the rooms were clean, more than adequate in size, and had pristine en suite facilities. We paid for the morning breakfasts, which offered hot and continental fare. The restaurant was always clean and tidy throughout our stay.

The hotel is right in the edge of the Main Square - great location. Walking distance to Kazimierz- tons of outdoor cafes right there - catch a horse drawn carriage or shop at the cloth market. Staff is friendly and most speak at least some English.

We were given rooms overlooking the road, Ulica Grodzka. Stayed three nights and didn't get any sleep for those nights. The people traffic below was loud and noisy all night, or at least till about 4.00 am. At 6.00 am the cars and trams took over. The windows were double glazed but did not cut out the noise. It was horrendous.

As all single rooms are with street view you got this information in room description. Also a lot of reviews mention this fact so if you made a research before booking this should not suprise you. Of course I understand that this can be a problem for light sleepers but this is Guest decision if location is corret for him or not.Best regards,

Great location and very nice staff but cleanliness was not good. I couldn't touch the curtain as it was so dirty and also ripped. The pillow and quilt in the closet was also dirty. If cleaning could be well then it would be a nice hotel to stay.

5 stories building with no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up and down, alao, every time you need to go out for a walk or sightseeing you need to walk and climb the 10 sets if stairs. Very poor rooms and no air conditioning, I wouldn’t give it 1 star.

As the hotel is located within the old town, in a historic tenement house from the 15th century, due to its configuration, not all rooms have access to the elevator. This is explained in the hotel description as well as many reviews mention this fact - before choosing a hotel, we suggest you familiarize yourself with a few to avoid unnecessary disappointment.Air conditioning is not listed as an available amenity so don't expect it.The equipment of the rooms is adequate to the 3 star category as well as amenities that are optional, such as tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and a hair dryer.Regards,

Overall the room was very clean, which is very important to us. But few things didn't work like TV or bedside lamp. I believe that such matters should be checked and corrected before receiving guests. In addition , there was a not very pleasant smell in the stairwell. Another surprise met us when paying for parking, which the hotel proposes in the e-mail we received after booking the room. The e-mail informed about the fee of PLN 100/day, when paying, it turned out that the fee was PLN 120/day

Dear Beata,Thank you for your stay and feedback.I apologise if someting did not work at the room but be sure that room is checked before arrival - but sometimes as a result of, for example, a power failure, there are faults beyond our control. The hotel staff is available 24 hours a day - just make a phone call to the hotel reception.The unpleasant smell in the staircase is independent of us - as you have noticed, the hotel is located in a tenement house with a transitive hall (open practically all day), so unfortunately all smells coming from the outside get to the staircase, which is separated only by a glass door.The price of the parking lot from the moment of booking has increased from May 1, 2023 - unfortunately, the parking lot does not belong to the hotel and we have no influence on its price or negotiation possibilities. We make changes to the information we send to guests immediately after receiving it. Your reservation was made in advance and that's where the whole situation came from.Best regards

Good value for money.
Room was very clean and adequate and good value for money. Staff very friendly & helpful, but caution required there is no lift, stairs are steep and many if on the upper floor.

We are very sorry that the hotel did not meet your expectations, however, in accordance with the categorization regulations, we meet the requirements to use the name of the hotel in the 3-star category.The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day so I cannot comment on the fact that in your opinion the hotel has no service.The entire facility is covered by a monitoring system and the reception of the facility has a 24/7 view of what is happening in the common areas. The staircase is secured with a fire door and access to individual floors is possible only when you have a key to the room.Best regards,

The Hotel is in an amazing location if you want to feel like you're in the heart of the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, simply the best. The hot breakfast is good and there's pleany of it. There's a restaurant in the hotel that serves local foods. After checking out the menus of surroundings restaurants i believe the hotels restaurant offers some of the best prices. So if you want to eat like a local you don't have to leave the building. Ive been to krakow twice from canada and this hotel is always my only choice. Hope you have an as good experience as i did.

My second stay at this hotel. Nice room, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. My only negative comment is NOT about the hotel as such and it is something that all people who stay there experience and the staff at the hotel are well aware of; Noise. In particular from a small drinking establishment across the street and what could be described as anti-social behaviour from "revellers" throughout the night many of whom seem to be only capable of laughing, singing and communicating with each other as loud as they possibly can. It is wrong for people to blame the hotel or the staff for the noise.

Of course we are aware that Grodzka Street is noisy but unfortunately we are not able to change it. We believe that when choosing such a location, the Guest must be aware of the place they are going to, and that the surrounding businesses as well as the complete lack of intervention by their owners or the city mean that the image of the old city is not only good. Neither we as the hotel nor the hotel staff have any influence on this.Anyway hope to see you in the nearest future and regards from all of us,
