This is a basic “no frills hotel” but it’s clean, warm, comfortable beds and great location and excellent value for money - would definitely come again

Location in the middle of the Jewish section which is very interesting. Staff excellent and friendly. Loved it. Was there 2 years ago and saw major improvements.

Ideally located in Jewish Quarter approx 15 minute walk to Old Town and castle etc. Plenty of good restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Rooms of a good size. Comfortable beds. Kettle in room and additional tea, coffee and milk available opposite reception. Plenty of options at breakfast. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Booked Salt Mine and Auschwitz tours through hotel.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. I have stayed here twice and it has been perfect each time. I would most definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kraków. No complaints at all!

Hotel Eden Krakow
Lovely hotel sitated in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Super friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with good selection of hit and cold food including gluten free. Rooms are cosy but comfortable.

Highly recommended
Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beds very comfortable. Good amenities. Large bathroom. Quaint breakfast room in basement. Excellent variety of meats, cheese, eggs, breads, cereal, fish, salads, cakes etc. All freshly prepared. Just around corner from the square. In Jewish Quarter. Walkable distance to most places but trams and buses nearby.

We have had such a lovely time at the Eden hotel, I reckon it is one of the best 3-star hotels we have ever been to. The location is fantastic, it is located in the heart of Kazimierz that is the true heart of Krakow, so the heart of the heart..! The room was very nice, including a minibar and a safe. Our windows faced a little square with food trucks, it was popular at night with some music going on as well but by midnight it went very quiet so no problems with sleeping. The breakfast was good as well, nothing too fancy but plentiful for everyone. We spent there a week and I don't have a single complaint about this place. I would definitely stay here again when in Krakow.

We arrived late after a 3 hour delay to the train to a warm welcome, however the room allocated did not have a balcony as I'd booked. I questioned this but they had no details on the type of room booked from hotels.com and as they were fully booked we could only stay in the room they gave us, which was in the roof and had the opposite of a balcony as it only had skylights. Despite the disappointment of not having a balcony or a view, the room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast in the basement was great and atmospheric. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cut short out stay but if we visit Krakow again we will be sure to stay at Eden again.

A very nice stay in Krakow's Jewish Quarter
It was a very nice stay in this historical jewel that has been maintained very well. We reached late at night but there was good reception and we were helped nicely with information. The breakfast is quite delicious and even vegetarians can find something to eat. It is a spectacular location to enjoy Krakow. The room itself was quite spacious. The bed was nice and plenty of pillows to go around. The bathroom was easy to use and the toiletries were there. All in all, an excellent experience for us. Since its a heritage building, there are stairs everywhere but for us this was fun and not an issue. Can definitely recommend for visits.

Pleasant but be prepared for no breakfast
All was wonderful except we reserved bed and breakfast but the hotel ‘recently’ decided providing kosher breakfast was not cost effective so there is no breakfast at all in the hotel. We were left to find a way to get a kosher breakfast in a city with only 1 option. Would have been nice if they had set that one option up for us with a voucher as well.
