Amazing spa in the basement (6 different kinds of sauna and pool). Very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and the garden area was beautiful. Very easy to organize cheap taxis to the center.

Breakfast food selection was great but most fresh items were not covered which resulted in multiple flies sitting on food. The hotel is very comfortable but some areas look like they could use refurbishment, especially carpets. Gym equipment a bit outdated and squeeky. Very nice and well maintained garden behind the hotel.

Located far away from the city center with not much around it and nothing to walk to. My other issue probably varies by room but in my room it was difficult to use the toilet in the bathroom because a sink counter extended too far directly in front of it.

Not really in Krakov.
7km outside of Krakov, 25 to 30zl in a taxi to the centre. If you are happy with that then this is a good choice. Biggest downside to the hotel was the bar costs. A large beer costs (24zl) more than double what you will pay in the centre of Krakov (12zl).

Great Base for Exploring Krakow
Close and inexpensive uber ride to the city centre, walking distance to Bronowice mall. Everything you need is easily accessible and the service at this hotel is fantastic and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. WiFi was also very fast. However, I would not recommend eating there, as food was very expensive.

The service in the hotel was excellent, quick check in, accurate information about the facilities and the great city of Krakow. Although the hotel is not in the city center the area is really nice and calm.

Disappointing '5' star hotel
I needed a hotel close to Krakow airport and this one looked the best based on star rating. Don't believe it! This place is at best a 3 star. It feels like one of those places that maybe in the 70s was up to standards but since then has never really been updated. Old fashioned, small rooms, bathroom you can't swing a cat in. Very confusing carpark ticketing system. And the restaurant... hmmm, similar atmosphere as the one from The Shining... If you're looking for a good, up-to-date, 5 star hotel, give this one a (big) miss.

Krakow in a Day
Great hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We tour old square (a short taxi ride take you there) and Auschwitz. We booked a famiy room and had two rooms connected to each other. Perfect for family.

Don't go if you have asthma or a perfume allergy
Lobby old and not air conditioned. Staff not friendly. Went to room, very perfumed and had acute asthmatic attack with laryngeal edema. Couldn't breathe or speak. Had to go outside and take inhalers and asthma medication. My husband asked for another room, but was told that it was the cleaning supplies that contained the fragrance and that all rooms had the same smell. Hotel wouldn't give a refund. Front staff said that the manager would e-mail me the next day, but I never received an e-mail. Finally Hotels.com gave me a refund.

We were disappointed from the start. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and we could see that they were trying to be a four or five star hotel. But when we went to the restaurant for dinner the food was expensive and not very good. It was served to us cold. We didn't want to bother having them take it back so that is on us. When we tried to check out it took about 20 minutes because the restaurant hadn't put our dinner on the computer to charge us. It was frustrating. We will not go back. Sorry.

Front desk was poorly staffed. Door to our room malfunctioned and had repair man in our room for nearly an hour to fix the issue, no apology from staff for the inconvenience. Quite a distance from town centre and no shuttle is provided. Very poor service from a "5" star hotel

Fine if you have a car, a bit far from anything if you are on feet. Sound insulation is weak, luckily, the hotel itself is quiet and serves relatively quiet clientele.

Very nice hotel, would stay there again for sure. Room was very clean and the service was superb. I love the fact that they had their own taxi drivers who took you where you needed to know. Bed was comfy and the wifi was good. The grounds around the hotel was very pretty and peaceful. The lighting in the room was a bit weak, but not a huge deal. The location was about 15 min from the airport, but a bit far out of town. The taxies were there, but the traffic was heavy so it took a while to get in and out of the old town. If you don't mind that, then this place is for you.

Excellent hotel with good facilities for which you have to pay extra. Beautiful grounds. The breakfast was exeptionally good. Downsides, too far away from town. 2 to 3 bus rides were required. No English speaking TV

very comfortable, good public transport connections to the city centre. Slightly let down by an average breakfast menu and a poor restaurant menu which coupled with length of service did not lend itself to eating in. A simple bar/room menu quickly dispensed especially in the evening for late travellers would be extremely welcome and appreciated.

Should not be rated as a 5 star hotel.
The only thing going for this hotel is the srounding gardens. The facilities are outdated and drastically require remodeling. The room I stayed in does not look like any of the pictures on the website. I felt as a if I was staying at a camping lodge with the slanting ceiling and low quality bed. Bring your own electric adapters as the front desk do not have any to give - had to walk to the close by mall to buy mine the first day of my stay. Don't pay for breakfast as the quality of food is not up to 5 stars standards. The location is far from city center and taxis are a rip off! I would rate this hotel as a three star at max.

A nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. 10 mins by taxi from Krakow centre we got off to a bad start though - we booked the hotels car to pick us up at the airport and this was confirmed by exchange of emails. However when we arrived at the airport, no-one was there to meet us. When we arrived at hotel the receptionist couldn't really tell us why the car hadn't been sent. Didn't get much of an apology. Also the 3rd bed in our room (bed Settee) hadn't been made up and there was no bedding. I reported this to reception and it was quickly fixed Having said all of this the hotel was lovely, clean and modern and just what we were looking for

Hard to find
After over one hour of driving to try to locate the hotel, we finally hired a taxi to lead us there. The hotel is very difficult to find . The reception does not even have a map that shows how to get there in relationship to the rest of the city. We were disappointed that a five star hotel would use cheap plastic glasses in their rooms. the weather was 30c in Krakow when we were there and there was no airconditioning working properly in our room.. The staff in the dining room were not friendly and were more interested in cleaning the tables than greeting and serving the guests. The buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired.....the juices were very watered down and tasted disgusting! The fruit was sliced so thinly that you could see through the slices. When using the wc in the lobby, the light shuts off while you are still using the facilities

Stayed here for 3 nights for a city break in Krakow, staff were friendly and helpful. Used the tram to get into town cheap and frequent. Good breakfast and nice room at the back overlooking the gardens. Would recommend.

Good Quality Hotel
My first visit to Poland on business but I was not disappointed with the hotel selection. A little out of town but only 5km from the airport, in a quiet suburb set in its own grounds. All the staff are English speaking, the bedrooms were a little sparse for a 5 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and varied buffet style. We stayed 3 nights but didn't eat at the hotel in the evening. Watch out they charge you to park your car which didn't appear on any booking site in the information, it's not a lot but still adds up. No complaints at all.

The hotel is very poorly run with insufficient staff. Only one front desk person (over worked and exhausted) was constantly struggling to catch up with the work. She did not have sufficient time to respond to customer questions and needs. There is no money exchange service or concierge to support and provide guidance to international visitors. Breakfast & lunch areas - again short handed workers struggling to serve customer needs. Tables and utensils were dirty and not properly cleaned. Running out of food and juice. Air conditioning system is inefficient and ineffective to make the room comfortable for sleeping. My hats off to the working staff - very sincere and hard working to serve the best they can with insufficient resources.

The aircondition in the winter does not work. Just fan. You need to open window to regulate the temperature inside of the room. The neighbours do the same and one can hear noisy conversations. There is a problem to connect any electronic device at the night tables, only aviable electric outlets are located at the desk. It was impossible to turn off the light in the bar. The adivce from the frontdesk was to remove the card in order to turn off all systems. Eventually the maintanace had to remove the bulb, because the switch was broken. Staff was extremally nice helpfull and polite. The breakfast was very good and personel very accomodative for my diet.
