A great place, with comfortable rooms furnished in a modern and stylish way. Staff were friendly and efficient, and were helpful in booking taxis and a tour to the salt mine (highly recommended). Complimentary coffee and cake on our arrival (and throughout our stay) were very welcome. A short walk from the main market square but it is located near a couple of good restaurants, both of which were recommended by the hotel and offer discounts to Cracowdays guests - one next to the Chinese restaurant across the street has a lovely garden where we had our first meal (NB with 20% off as it was before 4pm) and the pizzeria at the end of the road which doesn't look much from the outside but is definitely worth a visit! We did our travelling around on foot (or taxi when it rained) but there was a tram stop also very close to the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Within walking distance of all major attractions, local transportation, restaurants etc. Fabulous in house restaurant and staff very helpful and knowledgably. Would definitely recommend
The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning as the temperature was 30c during our trip but management kindly gave us a fan which solved the problem. Management were available at all times & very attentive. Excellent apartment close to all amenities. Would definitly recommend to friends

Krakow is wonderful do the salt mine and Jewish district if you can. Hotel was great, there is a night club across the road and there is bass thump but it's well soundproofed so only a problem for light sleepers.
Staff were very helpful as was everyone in Krakow.

The location of this apartment is excellent. It is on the edge of the old city and within easy walking distance of the railway and bus stations.
The apartment itself is a loft conversion. For a normal-sized person, it is only possible to stand upright in about half of the apartment. For anyone over about 6 foot, only about a third of it.
Although there are two beds ( a double and a single) and a sofa bed, I could not really recommend this apartment for more than two people.
Another important point to be aware of is that the apartment can only be reached by a climb up 82 steep steps. Only the fully fit should consider renting this one.
