“Polish Hospitality”
Great hotel only 5 minutes walk from the old town for all the bars, restaurants and cafes and next to superb shopping complex that puts the UK to shame. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive. Not like the UK. A must try for anybody visiting Krakow. very surprised with Krakow which I was expecting to be lacking in quality and service. Krakow was in fact very clean with great bars, restaurants and cafes with very friendly staff. Try the hot beer in Krakow.
“Fantastic hotel & great location!”
From a location point of view this hotel is perfect, next to bus station, train station, tram stop, 5 min walk to Cloth Hall & market square. For a city centre hotel the rooms are very spacious, well decorated, bathroom very nicely finished, breakfast excellent & couldnt fault the service. Would happily recommend to anyone.
“We will be back!!”
There were a few glitches but these were dealt with immediately and efficiently. The staff were extremely pleasant throughout the hotel. Although the food in the restaurant was not cheap by Polish standards, it was high quality and beautifully presented. The breakfast was excellent, the position of the hotel was a bonus.

“Andels hotel Krakow”
We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was sufficient for us. The room was big and restful, the bathroom was lovely and had enough shower gel and shampoo. I would recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. I would also return to it. In addition, it was very central to everything and within walking distance of the railway station and next door to a very large shopping centre. It was within walking distance to the city centre. The tram stop is just outside the hotel entrance.
“A good find”
Great location - easy walk to old town. Lovely food. Staff all very pleasant. Rooms stylish and comfortable. Worth using their taxi service - taxi to the airport significantly cheaper than the quote from the driver at the taxi rank outside the hotel.
“excellent place to stay”
Thie hotel is in a very central location. You can see the train station from the dining room across a lovely square, but cant hear the trains! The rooms are lovely extremely modern spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Walking distance from the main square and other attractions. Would definately recommend it.
“Very enjoyable city break in Krakow”
Having booked an Executive Double room at Andels including breakfast, I was very impressed with the service and standard of accommodation on my arrival...it was the best hotel I've stayed in for some time and only a minute walk from Krakow Glowny train station (to which you can catch a train directly from the airport). Rynek Główny, the main square and St Mary's church were only a short walk from Andels (10 mins) and the square is a lovely place to just sit and enjoy a wine and watch the world go by. I booked two Cracow Tours trips via Expedia and they picked up directly at Andels. The overall trip was so easy with direct flights from Edinburgh. I certainly recommend a visit to Krakow.

“Excellent Location”
The Andel Hotel is very well positioned in Krakow it is near the main train station, and right next to the Galleria which is an enormous shopping mall. The old town square is minutes away and you can jump on a tram to go further afield.The staff at the hotel speak english, are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Which included the usual continental to the good old bacon, sausages eggs, fresh omlettes made to order and pancakes with dozens of toppings. Definetely would go back 10 out of 10.
