We spent most of our time in Thailand up in Chiang Mai, and the few days we spent in Krabi at the city house pailed in comparison.
First off, they don't clean your rooms for you at all, which isn't really a big deal, but when you run out of toilet paper, expect a trip to the store because suddenly their English has gotten even worse. Normally English is manageable though.
Room had a drying rack which was nice though. Right next to busy street though, with poor soundproofing. Never ate at their restaurant, tried too once, but after coming back 10 minutes after we ordered (no exaggeration, we were in a hurry and I was keeping a close eye on the time) to check if we wanted chicken or pork, we told them not to bother and left. We had to survive on a 7-Eleven Sandwich that morning.
Other than that, went alright. They had their own taxi service to get back to the airport, which was a bit pricey we thought compared to Chiang Mai, but we paid for the convenience
