“Will be back in 2010”
The location of the hotel is a little bit out of Ao Nang which for me was a big plus. Only good things to say, great room, great pool and Sue and her team could not do enough to make me feel welcome. Brilliant!
“LOVED this hotel- hope to get back soon.”
Spent a really relaxing week here at this hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and very accommodating. The American-style buffet breakfast every morning was especially nice in the open air restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. The tables were over-looking a VERY well-kept pool area and beautiful detached two-storey rooms. The hotel staff drives you into town (7 minutes) and arranges for private tours to pick you up at the hotel. Being away from the town was a plus as this place was quiet and relaxing. This hotel has the perfect pool area for those who like to read, relax and catch some sun. I spent many hours here sipping pina colada's with my book. I can't say enough good things about this place. Worth every penny!

Beautiful setting with a lot of thought to the architecture and style. Owner operated who cares Went the extra mile regarding every request. Needs wi-fi..
“Lovely People, Lovely Hotel”
The Location was quiet and relaxed although not in the centre of Ao Nang this was not a problem due to the regular shuttle services from the hotel and cheap and plentiful taxis back. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The owners and staff were the real stars of this hotel, they spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay and I would recommend it highly.

our original reservation was for 2 nights - we loved the hotel and the staff, we extended our stay although it was away from the beaches, it was only a short tuk tuk ride away and you were right in all the action - so it was nice and quiet the pool was amazing - and it wasn't very busy so we virtually had the pool to ourselves the staff were very accommodating - the manager 'Su' couldn't do enough to help - they helped book a snorkel trip as well as arranged transfer to another area (Khao Lak) - and was our go between (as she spoke English and Thai)when there were issues with the transfer company... Overall - Great Stay - if you are ok with not being in the 'thick of things', then the Andamanee Resort will be a nice relaxing holiday
“Friendly staff”
This was a great hotel, at a great price. The staff were very nice and provide excellent service. The hotel was clean. Try the hotel motorbike it' s a great way to get around Ao Nang! The room itself is big and a gorgeous shower. I would definitely go back.
“Thanks for a Memorable Stay”
I originally booked a room here based on reviews I had read. The Andamanee Boutique Resort received high marks from all reviewers and the owner/manager, Ms. Su was consistently praised for her hospitality and concern for her guests. After staying at the Andamanee I too became a big fan of Ms. Su. She was always friendly, helpful and made me feel like a most welcome guest. The hotel is family owned and operated and during my stay I was fortunate to meet Ms. Su's father and sisters. Everyone was so nice that I felt like part of the family. Much care and pride has been taken to the organization and decoration of the hotel. The public spaces (bar, restaurant, pool area, lobby and outdoors) are all very spacious and comfortable and local artifacts add to the southern Thai ambiance. My room with an outside porch was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and always ready with a happy smile. Ao-Nang, Krabi is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand; as close to paradise as we can manage in this life. My stay at the Andamanee made my time there even more delightful. Ms. Su can arrange tours of the surrounding area's points of interest (e.g. Phi Phi Island), there is a shuttle service to and from the hotel to the nearby shopping area and hotel motor bikes are also available for getting around Ao-Nang. I would recommend this family friendly hotel to anyone visiting the Ao-Nang, Krabi area. I will definitely go back my next visit.
“Brilliant service and hotel.”
We had a brilliant stay at Andamanee Boutique Resort. Su and her family were extremely helpful and kind- the service was one of the best I have ever experienced. They helped us sort out tours and even getting a mini van to Penang. Our room was decorated very nicely and there was even a pool. It might feel a bit quiet because it is not in the town area but it is only a 5 minutes taxi ride. I would definitely go back there.
“Nice place out of town”
Just a little disappointed to be charged for every transfer to town not on the shuttle bus schedule. Fair enough, but this minor change would make a big difference enabling you to set your own schedule for trips into Ao Nang beach/town. Otherwise a nice hotel in a quieter location.
“I like it and may be go back again”
I like this hotel very much, it is clean and the owner of this hotel she is very good lady, and she traied to help you in any way you need, i feel i am at home and she is taking care of me and my childern.
