“Good for the price”
HK hotels are expensive. For its location and cost the imperial is a good choice. The staff in particular were extremely helpful. At all times we felt safe. The room was in need of redecorating (water marks on ceiling; old fittings in bathroom) but with newish soft furnishings. Have stayed in much better in HK, but for much more.

“Excellent Choice for a Budget”
This hotel does not offer any extras, but the quality is excellent for those who just want to have a place to sleep. The rooms are clean and simple. The place is very spartan, but the staff is very nice. We had plenty of help with getting transportation to the airport arranged and in setting up a couple of tours. We also asked and received several tips for good restaurants. English is often limited, but they are fluent enough for most any need. There is a bar and restaurant attached, but not in a sense that there is room service. Beds are small, but reasonably comfortable. The hotel is extremely well located and quite close to transportation, other restaurants, several major sights, etc. Rooms on the street side are a little noisy, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
“Great location, not too far from mtr”
After they have renovation, the room is great but bath room doesn't match with room (I can't use bath tub 'coz it can't keep water in). Overall is great. I can walk to avenue of star for see symphony of light.

“Great Location”
The Imperial is a decent hotel that is in a great location in Hong Kong - actually you would be hard pressed to beat the location. The room was clean and comfortable, but small. For the money it was a great value.
“Location, location, location”
Cannot be beaten for its position at this price, located only a few yards from the Penninsula Hong Kong. The rooms were ok and were fairly clean but they clearly have not been renovated for several years and look a little tired. The corridors smell a bit damp but the rooms are not so bad. The staff were all very friendly and our non street facing room was very quiet considering how close we were to Nathan Road.
“It's a 2 Star Hotel”
For a 2 star hotel it was pretty good- The staff was friendly and helpful- It's location is great-
