I stay at Super 8 every time I travel to Kokomo, IN. It's always nice, clean, quiet and the breakfast options are pretty good for the price. I highly recommend!

I like the ease of check-in. It's an older hotel but they have done some updates. Breakfast has some good choices. Quiet and convenient to pretty much everything in Kokomo.

The only thing that I would say is that I’m up here working not on a vacation , and it is pricey for a super 8 . But the staff and location no complaints.

I apologize that you were unsatisfied with other patrons standing in the stairwell and that the carpets were dirty in the evening. Front desk staff super nice, welcoming, and informative. Free breakfast actually pretty nice. Can tell it’s an older hotel that’s been spruced up. Bed comfy, happy with housekeeping. Overall no complaints.

Definitely a place I would not stay at. Carpet was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. The curtain rod was installed improperly so the shower curtain stayed open and water would get in the floor. The walls are thin and you can hear other guest's conversations. The bath room light would turn on in the middle of the night. The only advantage to this hotel is the location for restaurants.

Booked and paid for a room w/a king bed. The hotel had none when we arrive. We got 2 queen beds & couldn't even sleep in the same bed. No one seems to care. No free night stay or a refund. False advertisement & liars. If you want to get ripped off & disappointed...then go there.

Extremely dirty, smelled horrible, pool not in service. We went there specifically for the pool when we could’ve chosen another hotel easily. Was not told that it was not in working condition before check-in. Hotel staff would not refund as a courtesy one time to our family. My husband said it best “I could not have slept in the room as it was so dirty and the smell was atrocious.”

The lady who check us in was wonderful! The room wasn't the cleanest (there was cheetos on the floor by the bed...like several) but overall it was a good stay.

Very noisey. Price was alot higher due to event in the area but definitely not with it. Horrible breakfast unless you want cereal. Bed was so hard all you could hear was the springs

Won’t stay again! Second try still horrible
This was one of my worst experiences at a hotel. Ito start out when I made my reservation it never said there was no elevator so I did not believe I had to request ground floor. And because I didn’t I was told they would not be able to move me to the ground floor since I booked through a third party (hotels.com) the one who told me this was very rude and informed me it was my fault for not requesting it. After having to help my 70 year old mother up the flights of stairs and being up all of our stuff for a stay with four people I then start smelling something that is drug related. I called the front desk and told them it smelled like someone was smoking weed, the same woman told me they could not do anything about it. The next morning we woke up to people running through the halls. Also people were prospering open the side doors and I did not feel safe with my children being there. I did report this and when we returned within an hour the door was still propped and still the smell was radiating through the hallway. We were pleased to see the housekeeping made our beds and nicely had folded my kids blankets that they have to sleep with, but then the next day it was not done..then last night we went to the pool there were no tools I called the front from the phone there and asked for more pool towels she told me to come get them. She handed me regular towels and later when I I needed towels for us to shower she refuse to give any out since she already gave me two. Same woman
