Très bel hôtel 5*
Un très beau séjour dans un très bel hôtel qui mérite ses 5*. Plage magnifique, des plagistes aux petits soins comme tout le personnel. Les chambres sont très confortables, ménage parfait. Les demandes sont vite satisfaites. Le club nautique permet de faire des sports de voile, avec des moniteurs sympathiques. Le restaurant de plage est très agréable, ainsi que le breakfast qui est top. Nous reviendrons, l idéal c est de prendre une chambre vue mer.

Bel emplacement. Bon hotel mais golf trop cher
Bon acceuil , personnel souriant ,belle chambre avec belle Sdb. Belle page et bon plagiste. Belle piscine. Resto de plage bien placé mais carte moyenne , pas de BBQ de poisson : dommage! Carte idem midi et soir donc resto extérieur impératif! Le golf est a 10000bath soit 225e pour un couple par j : alors que les chambres sont de 350 à 850 e la nuit , ces tarifs golf sont exorbitants pas normaux: résultat, on y va pas .outre un toilette defectueux et une douche malodorante...c est un tarif de palace, le service et le petit dej sont top! Mais bar plage et golf ont de la marge de progression...

Santiburi in Koh Samui is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The staff are super friedly and helpful, the manager present and helpful, the hotel is in an amazing state and the rooms were wide and spacious. The food selection at the 2 restaurants was good, but the quality and the taste of the food was fantastic! The pool could be a bit cooler but that's also a symptom of the weather conditions. Highly highly recommended

Sehr schön gelegen, tolle Anlage super Frühstück und guter Service. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wer als Paar einen ruhigen Urlaub sucht, sollte berücksichtigen, dass dort sehr viele Familien mit Kleinkindern sind. Uns hat das beim Frühstück und am Strand sehr gestört.

Brilliant, the best hotel to stay at on Koh Samui
What a special and beautiful resort. From the moment the staff met us at the lobby to the moment we left, we were blown away with this hotel. The room 2 bed duplex was stunning and suited us perfectly. The pool area was perfect and staffed all day offering drinks and food on demand. Beach front massages were brilliant and a very special experience and the dinner at the restaurant on the beach at night was fantastic as well. There was free ice cream every day, as well as free water sports. Breakfast in the morning was very good, with a great selection of food and freshly cooked eggs, crepes, juices and more. Combine that with great service from the team (especially Lek) made a great start to every day we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer and for us, this is the only place to stay when visiting Koh Samui.

Perfect place for a calm and luxurious beach holiday. Friendly and helpful staff, extraordinary breakfast buffet, huge pool (for the ones who don't like to lay on the comfy sunbeds at the beach for any reason) - superb place. The only thing we did not find just perfect was the surrounding area; it's not too fancy at this part of Samui's main road and you will rather take a 10min car/taxi ride to reach the neat areas. We will come back!

A very nice 5 star hotel. It sells itself as full of activities, we felt this could be improved. For example when we went to go to advertised ‘beach fishing’ the man explained “There are no fish here. No one has ever caught a fish” Maybe the hotel should rethink the activity? When we went to borrow the bikes to cycle around the amazing grounds the man explained “The bikes are only for paid tours”. Lovely food, great rooms.

We have traveled and stayed in hotels, from 3 to 5 stars, around the world. While we’d better for a 5-star hotel service, overall experience at Santiburi was pleasant. All except one male staff at breakfast were wonderful. Breakfast was could have been better.

Lovely 5-star resort
What a beautiful 5-star resort and so friendly. We were only there for 1 night as we were heading to Koh Tao. We were three and given a giant room With a second floor living space. Resort is beautiful and super friendly. Breakfast was a full buffet and included. Pool is lovely although not too many chairs around it; beach is also nice with lots of chairs.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Really enjoy the hotel spa and massage on the beach. The hotel offered a mussels night which you can cook the mussels in various types of sauces. It was delicious. It took only about 15 mins drive to the fisherman's village where there are many restaurants with night market.

Not for us, but beautiful and comfortable place
While the resort is big and beautiful we felt it is not the best choice for us. We missed good dining opportunities around as we prefer to eat outside of hotel to try more local experience. The beach is indeed beautiful but the water is not blue and clear as in Chaweng. The pool is huge! But not overlooking the beach, and so is the breakfast location. The property provides lots of privacy but we felt it was too quite and really dark once the sun sat. I couldnt fault this hotels service or attention to details. The room is comfortable and really beautiful. it was just not a good fit for us (a couple traveling with 3 years old) We decided to leave earlier than we booked and no refund was offered (it was prepaid and we didnt even mentioned it, but I would expect the hotel to initiate some kind of discount in such case)
