Court séjour à Chaweng Bay View
Fort bien situé près de Chaweng Beach. Chambre très grande, très propre. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Matelas très ferme. Superbe piscine tranquille avec vue sur la baie. Quelques minutes en scooter ou taxi de la zone achalandée de la plage et des nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Resort installé sur une colline, alors ce n'est pas de tout repos pour accéder à la chambre. Avec le scooter nous y avons trouvé notre compte en plus de pouvoir rapidement accéder à la ville. Service sympathique à l'accueil. Bon choix si vous voulez être près de l'action, sans être trop près.

Hotel needs a good freshing up and some repairs it’s has hot water over shower So big bath tubs you have to use cold water a big turn off

Great Hotel, off-side downtown Chaweng
Great Hotel located somewhat off-side from down-town (busy) Chaweng beach. We had a very spacious bungalow, including a buble-spa in the room. The resort is build on the slope of a Hill, this means that walking to the restaurant and pool is not that easy, it makes the Hotel less suitable for elderly people. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is not exhaustive but offered all we were looking for. View from the restaurant and pool is marvelous! public transportation to down-town Chaweng is available using the numerous (open) taxis at low price.The Hotel is rather small, which we do like. We would judge the Hotel less suitable with young children

Awesome resort. The service was great and the staff are welcoming, very warm and friendly. I would definitely stay there again, without a doubt.

Wonderful Stay
My friend and I stayed here for one day. We wish we stayed longer. The room was large and the view was amazing. The pool had a great view as well. the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. I'm sure you can find things cheaper to eat but it's fair. The host and hostess were the best part of our trip there. Friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond and we were only there for one night. Down fall if you need to find one - the drive way is rather long and the hill is a bit of a walk up if you go into town. Some taxis won't drive you up the hill. At night it's dark too so use your phone flash light ;)

Fantastic Hotel.
I have now stayed at this resort several times over the years and love going back. The staff are very friendly, Food great and the view is amazing. The picture shown on the site is not enhanced that is the view from the bar. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is easy to forget you do not live there.

Beware!
We have stayed at this hotel before and really like the location, the views and the pool. The ceiling in our room had a hole and dripped onto the bed on our first night (due to exceptional rainfall in Koh Samui) but we were quickly and efficiently moved to a new room the next day, which we were very happy with. The problem is that we had a fairly large amount of money stolen from our room safe which we discovered on the morning that we were leaving, meaning that we had no time to inform the local police and therefore were unable to claim from our insurance. We advised the hotel reception immediately but he merely looked perplexed and stated that the master key was kept in the safe in reception. This has totally soured our visit and obviously we would never ever stay there again.

Dear Guest, Greetings!!! First of all thank you for your nice comments in our resort. But we just want to clarify already about your money they lost in the last day to stayed here. The safety box key or electronic code that is your responsible to kept. But I confused your complaint they have someone to stolen in your money inside of your safety box. Because we give already the key for you. Then we have duplicate key in our reception office.But in our receptionist only they now the where can put the keys of safety box. No has another person to allow get the key. That's why it's impossible how they stolen your money in your safety box? Because your only one kept it the key. But I understand your situation at least now we aware about your problem. Thank you for your staying here in our resort. Sorry, next time will not experience again about the stolen in our resort. A nice private bungalow
I needed a romantic getaway. It was just what we needed. Convenient location to the airport. The room was beautiful and conformable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The jacuzzi tub that I paid extra for was nice. They prefilled it and left several flowers in it. But the water was cold and it took some effort and much time to bring it up to comfortable, let alone warm, temperatures. I might skip that feature next time.

The Food in the hotel was great and the view from the pool was fantastic. The hotel staff wear very friendly and very helpful. If you have difficulty walking or any breathing difficulties the walk up to your room could be a problem but the hotel will always take you up to your room. If you are a couple then let the bar/restaurant staff know you want dinner and if you are lucky they will lay the table for a romantic meal.

Das Resort liegt auf einem Berg mit Blick auf die Chaweng Bay. Die einzelnen Bungalows sind komfortabel mit AC eingerichtet, jedoch sollte man einen dünnen Hüttenschlafsack dabei haben, denn unser Zimmer / Bett wurde immer von Ameisen belagert auch Kakerlaken sind nicht selten. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber, aber an den Unterkünften sollte sich etwas ändern.

Too much to climb to reach your room
Good hotel, well placed... just off the beach and quiet... but couple of things bothered us (1) the daily climb up to the room at the end of the day was tiresome and not something for everyone. (2) Minimal breakfast service, there is no formal menu that tells you what is available, one has to query the person to find out whats there! On the whole the hotel could be more forthcoming regarding available services.

Eine wirklich tolle Anlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal! Etwas abseits vom Trubel in Chaweng, wo man auch einfach mal entspannen kann! Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel!

Staff were extremely pleasing but the resort has seen better days. The room although clean it had no TV due to the bad reception, no water pressure and a very hard bed. The walk to the pool and breakfast in the morning was a like trekking Mount Everest unless you had a villa high on the hill Overall for the price it was OK, but you have to be young and carefree to stay here for any extended period

Hotel was very nice and clean, very peaceful and quiet. The location was about 20min walk or 5 min taxi from Chewang Centre. Only downside of the hotel is the steepness of the hill to get up to the rooms great walking down it but proved difficult after a couple of drinks as i cant stress enough how steep it is

Quite and clean resort
Big and clean room, shower in the bathroom, but tub is located outside of room. Quite place, takes 15 mins walk to popular street. Breakfast is not buffet but enough.

A beautiful resort! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The pool is amazing. Can use 24hrs a day! The rooms are well priced and it was only a small resort so not many people around which was nice. The breakfast was great. Highly recommended!

Sketchy hotel
Although it's close to Chaweng beach and the surrounding restaurants and bars, there are much better hotels around the area. The bed and the bathrooms aren't very clean. The bed and pillow covers had a musty smell to them, the shower drain is quite old and emitted an even mustier smell, and the bath towels were old and frayed. Also, it's on top of a hill. Although we had a view of the ocean, it was a pain to walk up and down the hill especially at night.

Super Hotel
Wir sind sehr sehr zufrieden, das personal war super freundlich, die lage perfekt 2 min fahrt bis chaweng beach, der pool sauber und gepflegt, das essen super und preiswert, wir werden 100% wenn chaweng wieder ins bay view einchecken! Es ist sooo ruhig nachts und nur 2-3 min roller fahren oder taxi und man ist im partyviertel.. Einfach super!!

We booked this hotel over the internet before we departed for Thailand and although we found it to be further away from the beach and restaurants than we would have liked we did find the hotel to be clean and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was of a decent standard and much better than some hotels we stayed at during the stay. The hotel was nice and peaceful and would be ideal for those who like to sit around a pool with a good book in peace and quiet. The showers and toilets by the pool do need a bit of work though as they were very damp and had a related smell. The pool itself was very nice and had a nice view down the hill. The service was of a similar standard to what we found around Thailand however their English was not to the same standard as some hotels. There is a very good washing service just two days down. All in all a decent hotel with decent service.

Great hotel & staff
The location was great at Chaweng Bay. It is a few minutes from the airport, across from the bay and very close to Chaweng Beach where there are tons of markets, bars and restaurants. We rented motorbikes directly from the hotel for 2 days and explored the whole island. The staff was delightful and helpful to all our needs. The breakfast was great, very filling. There is an awesome view from the pool area. Rooms were cool and spacious. The beds were a little on the hard side but we liked everything else about this hotel and would recommend it.
