The hotel itself is great, but the staff is what really bless us away. We stayed for 3 nights. We got there way before checkin time (around 8am), but the receptionists were very helpful, friendly, and resourceful. They helped us proactively book a taxi back to the airport for the end of our stay (free of charge), and also had all our suitcases ready in our room by the time we checked in.
Once we were in the room, they wrote out a very nice personalized message using sticks on the bed (it's a lot cuter than it sounds), and also wrote personalized cards for us every day. My partner and I wore shirts with each other's faces on them (we thought it'd be funny...), and they wrote in the card that they loved our shirts!
Every day, I assume somewhere between 3-7pm, room service came in to light a mosquito-repelling candle (scentless). They also gave us house-made desserts every night, as well as as a complimentary bottle of champagne one of the nights!
We also did a seafood beach side buffet + fire show that the hotel hosted (950 baht/person), and while the food selection was ok (ran out of clams in the first round), the dining staff was, once again, top notch. Very attentive, quick to help swap out plates that are too full of shells, and quick to replace drinks. The fire show was also impressive and interactive.
Walkable to restaurants and nightlife.
They also personally drove us back to the airport at the end of our stay - the drive was only about 10 minutes at 6:45am.
