My fiancee is handicapped and we both smoke. The staff accommodated our needs quickly and with no hassle. It is difficult to find rooms that allow smoking anymore, so it was nice to find one that still does have smoking rooms. We had plenty of space and the bathroom would allow for a wheelchair if needed.
They had a wonderful selection for breakfast and the staff was friendly and cheerful. I couldn't ask for more in a hotel.
They really went the extra mile for us.
My wife , daughter and I were here for the weekend. I was a little worried when I saw some reviews but we got one of those unpublished deals so couldn't change it if I wanted to. I'm glad I didn't listen to reviews. Was it a little weird getting in due to road work? Yes. Was there a flat screen TV in my room ? No. But honestly who cares. Room was nice and comfortable. The TV was good with a good picture and sound for it to be an old model. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Not in the heart of pigeon forge so you don't have to deal with all the noise and traffic. 15-20 min drive to the outlet mall. If your planning on bringing your pets or just tour family, this is a great hotel choice.
Stopped for the night during a long trip -- first stay at a Quality Inn. Very very pleased with all aspects of the hotel -- room, comfort, food, bed, location and overall facilities. Will seek out Quality Inns in the future.
When we arrived we got the wrong room. We had reserved a king room and when we went to the room given it was a 2 double bed. No lights worked and the phone was off. Easy mistake the front desk person said she was sorry. Then when we got our room it was freezing as the heater was not on. Again no biggie. Breakfast was non existent. A waffle maker and some juice. When you go down in the morning the door is locked and the first morning no one came when we knocked. So don't pick this one if you want breakfast. After that the stay was okay.

Stayed one night with my daughters while in the area. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However it was closed. I understand it was the end of March, but being indoor I figured it would be open. Oh well, live and learn.
