Property Amenities
Located on a private beach in Koh Phangan, the Santhiya Resort & Spa features a 1,200-meter waterfront outdoor pool, and a picnic and barbecue area. An on-site health club is outfitted with weights and cardiovascular machines and the resort has a spa tub and steam room available for guest use. For guests in need of relaxation, the Ayurvana Spa offers massage services, body treatments and facials.
Santhiya Resort & Spa features two restaurants. Chantara Restaurant has panoramic ocean views, and offers Thai and international fare. By The Sea provides beachfront cocktail, lunch, and dinner service. Room service is available daily from early morning until late night.
Santhiya Resort & Spa also offers wedding services and banquet facilities, as well as meeting rooms and translation and secretarial services. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the property. The resort offers free parking, and an area shuttle (surcharge applies) is available to guests.

Santhiya Resort & Spa has 99 guestrooms and villas, each with hardwood floors, a separate sitting area, and traditional Thai furnishings and décor. Each room has a private balcony or verandah and is outfitted with complimentary wireless Internet access, a 29-inch flat-panel TV with satellite service and free movie channels, DVD player, laptop-compatible in-room safe, minibar, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, and complimentary bottled water. Private bathrooms each have a separate bathtub and shower, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Rollaway beds are available.

Breakfast is served daily (surcharge applies), from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, in the restaurant.
Chantara Restaurant - Inspired by the King Rama V period, this restaurant serves a wide selection of Thai cuisine including salads, seafood, poultry, pasta, and desserts. Coupled with extensive international wine list including Thai premium wines. Panoramic bay and sea views. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
By The Sea - Located at the water's edge adjacent to the swimming pool. Open for lunch and dinner. Al fresco dining. Wok cooking, barbecued fish, sushi and sashimi, meats, skewered vegetables, crisp salads, vegetarian dishes, and cocktails.
Room service - Limited hours. Private dinners available for special celebrations.
Entertainment
Thai classical dance performances take place every Wednesday and Saturday night at Chantara and By the Sea.
Recreation
Santhiya Resort & Spa offers open-air and indoor treatment facilities. Treatments include foot reflexology, body scrubs and wraps, aromatherapy, and other massage techniques. Water sports include snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, and sailing. The resort also offers Thai dance and Spin fire shows. Other recreational amenities include hiking, nearby island tours, a fitness center, cooking classes, and fruit and vegetable carving classes.

Spa
Tucked away among palm trees and lush tropical terrain is the Ayurvana Spa overlooking Thong Nai Pan Bay. The spacious spa features aromatherapy massage rooms, an open-air Thai and foot massage terrace, and Thai herbal steam facilities. Services include facial treatments, body wraps and scrubs, and mineral baths. The Santhiya Fitness Center is also on site.

“Gorgeous Resort”
Santhiya was a beautiful resort and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay really enjoyable. Although the food was very good, it was very pricey. We tended to wander down the beach to the small town that had a lot of great eateries. This was very much a couples resort and we saw very few children. Although more costly, we would recommend that you arrange to picked-up in Koh Samui by Santhiya's private speed boat as the roads across the island were a disaster. We will definitely return in the future.
“Honeymoon Dream”
Santhiya was recommended to us by friends with high reviews and it certainly did not disappoint. From the friendly reception we received at the airport to the very attentive staff at the resort, we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. This was the most perfect way to spend our honeymoon.
“Hotel exceptionnellement situé”
Cet hotel superbe est situé à flanc de colline au nord-est de l'ile de Ko Phanang. Il s'agit de petites villas très bien agencées offrant de belles vues sur la mer. Les deux restaurants offrent une cuisine thaie et internationale de grande qualité. L'hotel dispose d'une plage privée et l'on peut rejoindre à quelques mètres une plage plus grande. L'accès le plus facile à cet hôtel est le bateau. Un transfert est assuré par l'hotel depuis l'aéroport de KO Samui (40 minutes de bateau). Il faur donc prévoir son arrivée en relation avec les heures auxquelles ces transferts sont assurés. Deux seuls petits inconvénients : une connexion wifi déficiente et des chanteurs trop présents dans un répertoireinternational le soir. L'hotel étant situé dans une forêt tropical, il est recommandé de se munir de répulsif anti-moustiques.Il est aussi bon de savoir que l'hôtel est très isolé. Les possibilités de diner à l'extérieur sont inexistantes en dehors de pizzerias et autres bouibouis à touristes situés dans un village proche.
“Exceptional Service and Fantasitc All Round”
Santhiya Resort exceeds all your expectations. The service can not be matched. i have never been so happy with the level of care and service given. Any issues were resolved instantly and helped make the time more enjoyable. We had a blocked shower which was resolved immediately with no issue. I am delighted with my experience as it was our honeymoon. santhiya can not be beaten. They have got it right.

Amazing! Just book it. We had the hideaway pool villa heaven on earth. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Just don't take the ferry across we got drenched and almost had our passports and cameras etc ruined by the water spray also not very safe too many people! Take the speed boat

i enjoyed my stay at Santhiya very much. they have amazing rooms and great service. the location is far from most things on the island but it's wort coming only for the hotel. the road to the hotel is catastrophic! something must be done with that unpaved road...
“Land of Smile”
Location: Koh Phangan is a beautiful green island. Resort is at one of the silent side of the island and has just next to the one of the top-beautiful beaches of the island. Transfer: You can access the hotel by sea-way (from Koh Samui) or by car. If you choose a land transfer, you should be ready for an off-road trip with a jeep. Accommodation: Traditional style wooden houses. Everything is made of wood. We stayed at Royal Pool Villa with a great Expedia-special price. It is a beautiful Thai house with a private pool (wide enough), and near to restaurants and the beach. It is hidden into the green and private enough that no body can see you during your stay. Service: People are always smile. Great service and great personnel. Sometimes communication in English can be hard but never be a problem. Cons: There are lots of mosquitoes, if you love nature you should accept them. **Recommended for a great Honeymoon.
“special experience”
We stayed in a villa suite that was exquisite, and were very impressed with the service at the resort. It would have been nice though if there was activity at the resort, especially something to do in the evenings. The beach was a bit disappointing (the sand isn't very soft, like what we are used to back home). The only real down side was that the resort is far and secluded, the ride to the resort at night on the unpaved, windy and rocky road wasn't pleasant, and it took nearly 4 hours from the time we landed in Koh Samui airport until we arrived at the hotel.
