H Bistro- strongly focused on providing cuisine at the highest level, the resort's signature dining experience, H-Bistro features a fresh French Mediterranean menu and exclusive wine list. Enjoy true Mediterranean spices merged together with ingredients ranging from imported fresh Maine lobster and oysters from Canada, Japan, and France. Welcoming guests from all over Koh Samui, H-Bistro's indoor and outdoor dining spaces are yours to experience from breakfast until late at night.

“Lovely hote/Gracious service”
This was a modern, contemporary hotel right on the water. Most of the property is over an infinity pool the color of the Gulf of Thailand. Gorgeous. Again, the rooms and hotel design are contemporary Asian which I loved--not for someone who likes fussy antiques, etc. Service was all you would expect from a top tier Asian hotel--attentive gentle kind service. By the end of our stay, even a bit of fun humor with some of the staff. No concerns---a gorgeous hotel with lovely service.
“Pure Relaxation”
Excellent place to stay, the staff are out of the world, each member at the hotel was helpful, polite yet personal at all times. The service and food is amazing at the hotel restaurant and in the surrounding area in Fishermans Village. The room was amazing and clean. The pool is excellent. however if you are looking for a hotel with white sandy beaches then maybe this is not your place, however the beach is reasonable (hotel has a sectioned part of the beach). The cocktails at the hotel are great. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and would for sure return here and recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and chill out. (Chewang Beach is not too far away you could probably get a taxi for 400 return. – this is where the nice beach is but the area is very commercialised with bars / pubs / clubs / shops)
“Fantastic!”
Overall impression after coming back from Hansar Samui is fantastic. Service (absolutely amazing and helpful staff, the best I have seen), the room (XL - spacious, nicely decorated, nice view, stone bath in the middle and bed are fantastic), spa (professional, relaxing atmosphere, perfectly decorated spa room, although a bit pricy), great infinity pool which gives a feeling that you overlook the sea, breakfast (great choice, tasty, perfect idea having egg and pancake stations, recommendation here - improve the quality of juices), H-bistro restaurant (I've found out that food is an art) and of course the staff which tries to satisfy all of the needs, all of these and also other small details (like cold napkins by the pool, rose on the bed, fast check-in and check-out), all of mentioned together make Hansar Samui definitely one of the best beach hotels in the world.
“Great rooms and views, helpful and kind staff”
Amazing views from every room, nice pool, modern creatively designed rooms. Great facility. Breakfast buffet is well done. The beach is much less crowded with very few hawkers than others, but it is not as ideal for swimming. Fisherman's village is very close by and has many eating options.

Really enjoyed the hotel, beautiful room with amazing view, great restaurants, very attentive staff, great location by village, suitable for families with older kids.

This is probably the best place on Koh Samui. Perfectly located near fishermans village, away from the nastier parts like Chaweng. Pool is spectacular as is the service. Rooms are very comfortable and have good free WiFi. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good but not mindblowing. Could be improved in that area with greater range and better quality coffee. Otherwise perfect.
“Great quiet hotel - will be back”
We wanted a quiet place on the beach to relax at, but close enough to drinks and good restaurants. Got everything we wanted at Hansar and would recommend to others and we will be back ourselves. We got the XL Beach room which was bigger than the regular room and included a huge soaker tub in the middle of the room as well as a larger balcony overlooking the ocean. As we did not use the tub and not really the balcony either, the regular rooms also overlooking the ocean are what we will get next time. Service was great, hotel was lovely and the pool was fantastic and more than enough beach chairs for everyone every day we were there. Beach is not the best in Samui as samd is quite coarse and not easy to walk along barefoot, but we still lied out on the beach and swam in the ocean each day. Fisherman's Wharf is next door with great restaurants (Samui Spice is the best in our opinion). Rented a scooter from the hotel for 300 Baht / day to explore the rest of Samui.
“Hansar Samui”
Hi we had not been to Koh Samui before and went to the Hansar based on other reviews, although we had a couple of days of rain, which cant be helped everything else was superb. The only negative can say about the resort is that the restaurant was a bit expensive but it was excellent

“Amazing Hotel suitable for couples”
Great hotel. The infinity Pool was incredibly clean and amazing. Beach Bar has great Happy Hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. it is located next to Fisherman's Village so there are tons of restaurants and stuff to do. Beach is a little grainy. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.
