“One of the best hotels I stayed in a long time”

The staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing or too talkative or nosey. The room was clean and it had everything I needed. The entire place was quiet. The hallways were clean. There was plently of parking. The "continental" breakfast had hot items like scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. The breakfast area was clean and there was plenty of tables to sit for breakfast. If i ever went back to that area of Knoxville I would stay there again.

We had an 8 night trek across America; this place was by far the best......and moderately priced as well........breakfast was superb, staff couldn't do enough for you.

“A pleasant stay in Knoxville.”

A very pleasant experience. The staff was extremely helpful, especially since we had a special needs request. The only downside was the quality of the continental breakfast that seemed to be less than adequate. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable place to stay while in Knoxville.

“Close to everything”

The hotel was nice. The only problem was one of the lights didn't work, but not really big, because there were four lamps. The location was great, center of town 5 minutes to the mall, and 10 minutes from campus. Off the main roads and very easy to get to. We will definitely stay again!
