“Close to Everything”

The hotel was great. Fast and friendly service. The indoor pool was a definite plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Good for travelers or short layovers. Friendly and helpful staff. Good pool and hot tub to relax in. Comfortable rooms and a good continental breakfast. Older hotel but a restfull layover or a short stay.

“Driving directions to hotel on website not accurate”

We planned this trip to Knoxville a couple of months ago to be able to visit our daughter at UT and attend a UT football game. Prior to booking, we looked at the driving directions on the Expedia website to this hotel to see if it was conveniently located to campus. The driving directions provided are for a hotel that is walking distance from campus. This hotel is several miles away. Although this hotel was serviceable and clean, it was not located where the directions brought us to. We had to call and get directions from the hotel clerk. He was very kind over the phone, but it made our arrival much later in the evening than was necessary.

“Great value and location”

This hotel was precisely what we needed: a reasonably priced, clean hotel close to campus. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll go back!

“Good hotel at reasonable price”

The room, entrance and hall way were clean. Staff was kind and prompt whenever we requested anything. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioning unit in room wasn't able to keep our room at the cool temperature we like. And we were able to tie up the curtains to help with that, the curtains were hendering the air flow from the unit to room. Over all: clean room and facility, pleasant stay and will return! “Great value”

Hotel is older but well maintained and a bargain for the location. I will stay there again.

This hotel was just a stop on our way to our final destination. It was worth the money we spent. The breakfast was good but not much choice.
