“I went for the UT Vols game.”

The only drawback was having to wait for the elevator after the game. There are no stairs for climbing, only for emergency use.

“Can't beleive the improvements - it's great!!”

When I was a student at UT (1998-2003) this place was a dump (according to friends and parents). They have renovated this hotel and it is WONDERFUL. It is extremely clean, very nice, the hotel staff were GREAT, and I would most definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the bed - it's a little too soft for us, and every time my husband moved, so did I (unfortunately for me he flops like a fish out of water when he's sleeping!). Tip: if you go to a night game and come back after 9:30, don't plan on getting anything to eat - the restaurant is closed!!! Make sure you eat on the strip, market square, downtown or somehwere else if you plan on coming back late. And thank you expedia for a great rate! It was much lower than what the hotel quoted me over the phone.

“Knoxville's Best Hotel”

This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's worth all three stars for sure. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, well-kept room. Great price! If I have to stay in Knoxville again this will definitely be my top consideration.

“Holiday Inn - World's Fair Knoxville”

The only negative I can think of is that the bathroom is quite small. But there are a lot of positives. The service was great at the front desk as well as the maid service. There isn't a gift shop. Great restaurant. One other guest who was on the 11th floor told me there wasn't a pop machine on that floor and had to go all the way done to the main floor. We stayed on the sixth floor and we had one near the three elevators. The hotel was recently remodeled which made a huge difference. Good job Holiday Inn. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

“Very comfortable and convenient”

Stayed here two years in a row now for a convention next door in the convention center. Very clean and comfortable. The restaurant service is a bit slow and understaffed at times, but since that's really my only complaint, I would highly recommend it.

“Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!”

We stayed at the Holiday Inn World's Fair Park - Knoxville for the 2011 Knoxville Marathon. The hotel is connected to the convention center AND right on the start line. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean!
