We had a good stay. It’s located in Downtown and the area seemed safe and walkable. However, the property doesn’t have a garage of its own, so be prepared to pay an additional $30 tax per night for parking in the garage that’s next to the hotel. I don’t think there was any breakfast option. At least we weren’t informed of any. The rooms were clean and had the basic necessities. There are no water fountains in the facility and water bottles that are provided in the rooms are $3, which we thought was too much. The gym equipment that we used were quite old as well.

Booked for the knoxville marathon and didnt need a rental car! Walgreens was abt 0.7 miles away, starbucks downstairs and restaurant was nice but casual enough to step in and order food and wait at the bar watching tv (iowa versus south carolina basketball game to be exact)

Loves the restaurant on site as well as Starbucks. Gentlemen this morning thar checked me out was wonderful .. Comfy beds. Only complaint was the outside area with fire pit and bar was not open. Weather was perfect for that !!

Honestly the hotel was lovely. The check in staff was very deceiving when it came to parking. When I paid for the hotel online it said you may have to pay a 25 dollar deposit. They made us pay a $50 deposit. Then the lady didn’t even tell us we would have to pay an extra $32 for parking. When I asked her about paying for parking (because they had us park in a public parking garage) she said oh it’s included in the $50 you won’t have to pay anything else and you will get your $50 back. Soon as we go to checkout they asked us to pay the $32 for parking. Completely deceiving and misleading.

Maybe I was just one of those unlucky guests with a bad experience but regardless this is what happened on my 5 day trip with positives and negatives. Positives: - super convenient to walk to Market Square (About 5 min walk) and surrounding buisnesses making a night out super easy to enjoy. - Valet was great! Sam H was our guy. That man saved the entire trip. Super chill, non robotic friendly guy who was very efficient. - Very quiet area with grade window shades and AC. Negatives: - The rooms bathroom didnt have a fan. So if someone had to use it, you either had to trap the bad smell in the bathroom or air it out for the room to smell. Super off-putting. - The phone did not work.. I tried calling for anything, lobby, guest services, room service, and everything had a busy dial tone every time. - Cleaning services, if you dont catch them at 10am-12pm , they're gone for the day. So hopefully you're either awake or you're out and about without your privacy on. Our room got full of trash fast. Overall: I'd only come back to the hotel soley because of how convient of a walk it is to "the happening area" (Market Square) . If night life and walking around the area isnt in your planning, Id choose a different hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Says "pet friendly" but it'll cost you an extra $100. We received a call from the hotel one evening while we were out. When we checked back with them, we found out that if there is a complaint about a dog barking, they call every dog owner instead of determining which room the barking is coming from. There was no real area for pets. There's a small patch of grass on the corner of the property.

We love how easy it was to get everywhere. The location was absolutely prime for getting to and from all the places we wanted to go. The facility was a bit outdated but for everything we need it was quite convenient. We love having a Starbucks in the lobby in the restaurant seemed very nice we did not visit but it is on our list for next time. We will definitely stay at this property again as it is an old city and this hotel is definitely Central to everything we wanted in the beds were comfortable so there were no complaints. Our front desk staff was way more than accommodating on checking. The young man went above and beyond to help us and make sure that the room we're in with through our liking He was a friendly face and a staple throughout our entire stay.
