The furniture and room was worn out and dated. It smelled. It said in their advertisement that breakfast was available but there was coffee, tea, juice and a granola bar/ crackers. Very disappointed.

We’ve got there late at night and the room was clean, the refrigerator and the microwave were amazingly working, we’ve got all that we needed.

'Was disconcerted with the front desk sign prohibiting reserving a room if the client lived w/in 50miles of hotel. Lacked USB charging ports. 'Had to hunt for an outlet. Breakfast was 'grab and go'. OJ, coffee . . . VERY basic. Otherwise yes, I got what I paid for.

Would never recommend. I paid 179 dollars to stay here after driving for 17 hours. The lamp was broken leaning to one side, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, the spout in the tub was disconnected for the shower wall, the toilet seat as stained and peeling and moved side to side.the frr breakfast was a granola bar and peanut butter crakers. I'll be contacting corporate office.

Room was ok, but the smell of cigaretts was over powering. I had booked a non smoking room. My husband asked about the non smoking room and was told the room is clean. Did not sleep well because of the noise in the room upstairs above our room.

Ok so really not worth what we paid. The service they were not friendly at all. Then the room was not very clean and had a very very strange smell like very chemically based. It kept me up :/ it got the job done for one night but would not recommend.

The staff were friendly. However, the bathroom smelled of urine. The furniture was chipped and very worn and it was concerning that the door jamb had recently been partially replaced, but not painted, suggesting a recent forced entry. Additionally, a breakfast was advertised, but turned out to be small packets of crackers and the tiniest generic snack bars I’ve seen. There weren’t even stir sticks for the coffee. The “breakfast” was pretty disappointing as I had been counting on a convenient morning during my long road trip.

It had roaches.One of the plugs didn't work, the toilet seat was broke and the hair dryer didn't work and batteries in the TV remote didn't work and the fan in the bathroom was super loud that you can't use it because it sounds like a train squealing on the tracks and there was stains on the comforters, cloth seats and curtains. The costumer service was great which leads me to believe it's mostly managements fault that things don't get maintenance.

Clean, good location, a bit noisy at times
The room was clean, shower easy to use with plenty of hot water, fridge in room worked well. Very basic, not fancy but it meets needs. Location was great for my needs, close to the interstate and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I was disappointed that the breakfast consisted of a choice between a breakfast bar and a pack of peanut butter crackers. They offered coffee and juice but I don't drink those. It was a bit noisy on Saturday night, someone was barbequing on the patio at midnight, my room smelled of smoke all night after I opened the door to see what was going on. The fire was only a few feet from the building, in front of a room. I didn't think that was safe. I didn't sleep that night, the party went on all hours. When I called the desk, they said that a fire close to a room was ok but they would try to "shut them up." That didn't happen, you can't quiet a party down. But the manager took my complaint seriously the next morning, and said that he would tell them they must bbq by the pool area. The following night it was quieter.I really do not think that a bbq pit with a fire should be so close to a building I'm sleeping in. But maybe that's just me.

The walls, bathroom, floors were filthy. The tub was dirty. People were loud and outside their rooms partying all through out the night. We left at 5 am and they were still up drinking. The pool was also dirty.

Never again.
We chose this hotel for location and free breakfast. We were driving across country and this was near the halfway point. 1) we accidentally got a smoking room 2) they refused to change the room. 3) the mirror was broken 4) vagrants approaching us outside our door 5) finally agreed to give us non smoking room for an extra $15/fee. 6) I think someone very very large slept in the bed. It leaned to one side and caved in the center. 7) the toilet was not firmly attached to the floor-it moved if you touched it. 8) sign on front counter says they don’t rent rooms to “locals”. Wow!
